HOW DOES IT WORKHOW DOES IT WORK

The innovative development of the e-wallet GLOBUL iPay allows only you, the customer of this service, to pay your monthly bill to GLOBUL in several different ways:

• By the mobile application iPay Mobile for iOS and Android: in order to use this type of payment, you need to have:
  
  
  • Access to internet
  • Installed application on your smartphone or other device with iOS or with Android – the application is free of charge
  • Available funds in your e-wallet GLOBUL iPay
  • You need to follow the respective sequence of steps:
    Select from MENU Payments -> Payment of bills -> Add others -> Мobile and fixed phones -> Select GLOBUL -> Enter the subscription number*

    * The subscription number you may find on your invoice or you may retrieve it by sending an SMS (the price of 1 SMS is according to the used subscription plan) with content 11 to number 1000 from the mobile phone, which bill you’d like to pay. The payment through entering your subscription number includes the obligations of all numbers in the invoice.

• By your profile at www.ipay.bg: in order to use this type of payment, it is necessary to have:
  
  
  • Access to internet
  • Available funds in your e-wallet GLOBUL iPay
  • You need to follow the respective sequence of steps:
    Select from MENU Household Payments -> Мobile and fixed phones -> Select GLOBUL -> Enter the subscription number* -> Select Check -> Add a tick at Add in "My Accounts"
    
    
• Through Automatic payment from your e-wallet: in order to use this type of payment, it is necessary to have:
  
  
  • Access to internet
  • Available funds in your e-wallet GLOBUL iPay
  • You need to follow the respective sequence of steps:
    Select from MENU Household Payments -> Мobile and fixed phones -> Select GLOBUL -> Enter the subscription number* -> Select Check -> Add a tick at Add in “My Accounts”
  • To activate the Automatic payment, please add a tick at Automatic payment of household payments -> Select Save

    Important! After activating the Automatic payment, if there are sufficient funds in your e-wallet to cover your GLOBUL monthly bill, it will be automatically transferred, without having to do anything extra.

    If you would like to receive email or SMS notification (the email notification is free of charge and the price of an incoming SMS is 0,20 BGN), you need to add a tick in front of the chosen option.

• By the card GLOBUL iPay MasterCardTM: in order to use this type of payment, it is necessary to have:
  
  
  • Available funds in your e-wallet
  • Active card GLOBUL iPay MasterCardTM
    
    You may pay:
    
    
  • At POS terminal in the stores of the GLOBUL commercial network
  • Through an ATM machine
  • At the online portal MyGLOBUL.bg
    
    

HOW DO I GET THE SERVICE

Only in the labeled stores in the commercial network of GLOBUL (pdf) you may find your e-wallet GLOBUL iPay, you may submit a request for issuing of the card GLOBUL iPay MasterCardTM and you may pay the preferential price for its issuing. You get instant access to your e-wallet GLOBUL iPay. The card GLOBUL iPay MasterCardTM you will receive within 5 working days at the commercial agent/site, where you’ve placed the order.

The e-wallet GLOBUL iPay and the card GLOBUL iPay MasterCardTM are available to all natural persons above 18 years of age. For the activation of the e-wallet GLOBUL iPay and the issuing of the card GLOBUL iPay MasterCardTM it is necessary to have a valid mobile number for voice services.
