For you
Have your outgoing services been restricted?
One of the possible reasons for that may be a delayed payment of your monthly invoice. You may pay your bill by selecting the method of payment, which is most suitable for you, or you may temporarily activate your restricted services by using the new service – Reactivation after barring.
In case that the outgoing services of your SIM card have been restricted, you may reactivate them and may use the included minutes in the plan, SMS and MB for a period of 3 days by using the Reactivation after barring service.
How does it work
When your outgoing services have been restricted, you may activate them again and use your phone efficiently. The activation may be performed up to 70 hours from the moment of restriction of your outgoing calls, as your calls (SMS, MMS, MB) will remain active for 72 hours from the moment of restriction, disregarding of when you have activated the service. Therefore, in order to make the most of this period, we recommend you to activate the service immediately after the moment of restriction of your outgoing services.
Service activation is free of charge through the Telenor Menu by dialing *123# and selection of the option for temporary activation (8 Vremenno aktivirane).
Service activation is allowed once a month, after your outgoing services have been restricted due to failure to secure payment.
For your comfort, you will be notified by an SMS for the expiration of the service validity.
Please, keep in mind that in case you have exceeded your credit limit, your reactivated calls will be restricted even if your service validity has not yet expired.
How much does it cost
For the service Reactivation after barring there is a single charge at– 0.90 BGN, VAT incl./number. It is charged after successful activation of the service and is accounted in the following invoice only for the number, through which it has been activated.
