Depending on your rate plan you are able to purchase an additional GoWeb Turbo data package. The included amount of MB is at maximum speed and it is valid from the activation day till the end of the current billing period.

The price is automatically charged to your monthly bill.

Activation of GoWeb Turbo Package

After consumption of included amount of MB in your tariff plan you will be redirected to the following web page: http://turbo.lp.telenor.bg. Using this page you are able to activate the desired GoWeb Turbo package with included amount of MB at maximum speed.

In case you do not wish to activate an additional package GoWeb Turbo, you will be able to choose the option: “Continue at low speed”.

We recommend you to bookmark this page in order to check your current usage and to be able to buy an additional GoWeb Turbo data package.

Using the web page http://turbo.lp.telenor.bg, you are able to:

•Check the usage status of included in your rate plan amount of MB at maximum attainable speed.
•Check the usage status of included MB at maximum attainable speed in your active GoWeb Turbo package, if any.
•Activate a new GoWeb Turbo package.
•Check the history of your last 20 purchases of GoWeb Turbo packages.

Activation of Telenor GoWeb Business

You can add GoWeb Business data add-on to your business plan, if you visit one of our commercial network' shops or contact your sales consultant.

The add-on becomes active when you receive a confirmation SMS. Its subscription fee is automatically included in your monthly bill.

If you already have a GoWeb data add-on activated for your phone, it’s important firstly to deactivate it before activation of a new GoWeb Business data add-on. This can be done in a shop from our commercial network.

Deactivation of the add-on

If you would like to deactivate the data add-on GoWeb Business, you can do it by visiting one of the shops from our commercial network or contacting your sales consultant.

Deactivation of Telenor GoWeb Business: 

Upon deactivation of a term data add-on before the expiry of its validity, the customer pays a penalty equal to the remaining monthly fees for the respective term add-on GoWeb Business until the compulsory term. A termless data add-on is valid until deactivated.

The remaining unused MB at maximum speed for the respective billing period will not be transferred to the following one.

The MB at maximum speed are available through APN telenorbg and can be used on the territory of Republic of Bulgaria. Traffic generated in roaming is charged according to the roaming plan of the respective operator.

The initial/subsequent charging is 5/1 KB.

Described prices and conditions for data transfer are applicable on the territory of Republic of Bulgaria. If a traffic in roaming is generated, charging and counting is applied according to the current price list of Telenor.
