Recharging

You can recharge your prepaid card by purchasing a voucher. Vouchers can be purchased in all specialized Telenor shops, shops Internity and the network of distributors.

How does it work

Via the Automatic Information Service You can call 123 (the price is as per current Services prices for prepaid plans) from your mobile phone or dial 089 1330 from another mobile or stationary phone and follow the instructions of the Automatic Information Service.

Free and convenient method to recharge via your mobile phone You can top up your prepaid card directly from you phone by entering *115*, voucher number, # and press OK / Send button
Example: *115*123456789000#
You will receive confirmation SMS for the successful recharge. This method can be used the same way while you are roaming.

Check of available credit
You can easily check your available credit:
By calling 123 (the price is as per current Services prices for prepaid plans) from your mobile phone and choosing option “Balance menu”.
By entering, free of charge, *123*1# and pressing ОК/ Send button from your mobile phone. Exemplary format: *123*1#

How much does it cost

You can choose between cards of 6 BGN, 10 BGN, 20 BGN, 40 BGN.

How do I get the service

You will find instructions for use on the back of the voucher.

SIM card validity extension
Recharges from 10 BGN or more extend the SIM card validity period with 12 months.
Recharges from 5 BGN extend the SIM card validity with 1 month, in case from the current validity period remains less than 1 month.
Recharges from 6 BGN extend the SIM card validity with 2 months from the recharge date, if from the current validity period remains less than 2 months.
When a total recharge of 10 BGN or more (eg. 2 vouchers for 6 BGN each) is made within a 31-day period, the SIM card validity period will be extended with another 12 months.
