Telenor gives you the opportunity to transfer your talking time to another prepaid user.

How does it work

To transfer your available credit to another prepaid SIM card, dial the Customer Service Department from the phone whose credit you want to transfer. You must have depleted the received initial talking time and have a current balance of not less than 20 BGN in order to use the service. Тhe entire available amount in the card is used in transferring.

Attention: Transfer of available credit is possible only after you give us your personal customer code.

How much does it cost

Available credit transfer is billed 4.80 Lv. It is deducted from the credit available at the time of transfer.

Prices are with VAT.

How to get the service

Each user of the prepaid plans of Telenor can transfer available credit if he satisfies the conditions stated hereabove.
