How long we keep the personal data of the persons referred and of the applicants

Yettel stores the personal data of the persons referred and of the applicants for as long as necessary to attain the aims stated in this Policy, or to meet the requirements of the legislation.

With respect to the applicants who have not become employees of Yettel and
• have given their consent to that, their personal data provided, such as CV, motivation letter and recommendations, shall be stored for a maximum period of 2 years as from the end of the calendar year in which they have applied for the job;
• have not given their consent to that, their personal data provided, such as CV, motivation letter and recommendations, shall be destroyed/deleted as soon as the recruitment for the position they have applied for is completed.

Yettel makes efforts to ensure that the personal data of person referred and applicants being processed are updated (and corrected if necessary) as well as that no data are stored, which are not necessary for the attainment of the aims described above.
