How long we keep personal data

Yettel stores data about the visitors as long as necessary to attain the aims stated in this Policy, or to fulfill obligations arising out of the legislation.

For example, the data from the visitor log books are stored until the end of the calendar year immediately following the calendar year in which the record is made (e.g. if a visit is made in 2018 the data from the visitor log book will be stored until the end of 2019) and the logs are stored for a period of 1 (one) year as from the generation thereof in the access control systems.

After the expiration of the periods for processing of personal data the same are deleted/destroyed unless they are necessary for a pending pre-trial, legal or other proceedings, or if a complaint has been received from a natural person, which must be considered by Yettel.
