How long we keep personal data

Yettel stores the video recordings and photographs created while carrying out video surveillance about the visitors for as long as necessary to attain the aims stated in this Policy as well as to fulfill obligations arising out of the legislation in force.

The materials (video recordings and photographs) from video cameras are stored until the expiration of the terms stipulated in the Private Security Activity Act. After the expiration of such terms the materials are deleted/destroyed unless they are necessary for a pending pre-trial, legal or other proceedings, or if a complaint has been received from a natural person, which must be considered by Yettel.
