How we collect personal data when carrying out video surveillance

The security of Yettel sites is carried out by means of technical security systems, including systems of video surveillance and control by technical means of the sites being guarded and checks of the warnings received.
While carrying out video surveillance personal data because the created photographs and video recordings enable the identification of the persons photographed/recorded.
The installed video surveillance system is restricted to:
•Areas where sensitive information, high-value items or other assets requiring increased protection are stored;
•points of entry and exit to/from the sites (including emergency exits and fire escape exits and walls or fences around the building or the property); and
•points of entry and exit to/from the building connecting different areas which are subject to different access rights and are divided by locked doors or another access control mechanism.
