How we collect personal data

Yettel collects User’s data in various ways during and in relation to the distribution of electronic vignettes. In most cases, we receive information directly from the User. Because Yettel distributes electronic vignettes under a contract with Concord, certain information is provided to Yettel by that third party.
We collect data directly from Users:
•Upon entering or submitting vehicle data for the purpose of purchasing an electronic vignette through Yettel;
•Upon entering or submitting data about the period of validity and start date of the electronic vignettes required by the Users;br>
•Upon entering or submitting User Contact Information for the purpose of notifying them of the expiration of an electronic vignette purchased through Yettel
•When communicating with Users regarding electronic vignettes purchased through Yettel.
We receive data from third parties:
•When an electronic vignette is issued, we receive data from Concord;
•Upon and in connection with the execution of the contract between Yettel and Concord and the settlement of the relations thereunder;
•When competent authorities exercise their powers, we receive data from them.
