Policy updates

This Policy is current as of 16.12.2019 .
This Policy may be amended or supplemented by amendments to the applicable legislation, at the initiative of Yettel, the User or a competent authority (e.g. the Commission for Personal Data Protection).

Yettel shall endeavor to inform Users of any changes or additions to this Policy within 7 (seven) days prior to their entry into force, by sending a message to the Contact Information, if any, provided by the respective User.

It is recommended that Users periodically check the most up-to-date version of this Policy, which is published on www.yettel.bg/privacy.

Amended on March 1st, 2022, in relation to the change of the trade name of the operator to Yettel Bulgaria EAD and the trademark to Yettel. Throughout the text, "Yettel Bulgaria EAD" and "Yettel" are changed to "Yettel Bulgaria EAD" and "Yettel", respectively.
