Categories of persons and entities to which we may disclose personal data

Personal data processors are persons or entities who process personal data on behalf of and on istruction of Yettel on the basis of a written agreement. They may not process the personal data for purposes other than the performance of the work assigned to them by Yettel. Processors are required to follow all Yettel instructions.

Yettel takes the necessary measures to ensure that the processors involved comply strictly with personal data protection laws and the instructions made by Yettel, and that they have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data. An example of personal data processors is the providers of services for the implementation and / or maintenance of information systems or sensors, through which automated foot counter analysis in the Points of sales is performed, which may in some situations require access to data processed in the respective systems.

In the case of Yettel reorganization, as well as in the case of transfer of assets in accordance with the applicable legislation, it is possible that the Visitor data will be provided to a third party successor.
