Yettel uses personal data on the basis of its legitimate interest, which comprises the effective planning and management of the retail network, stimulating sales, increasing the added value for the users of the products and services offered, and improving the level of service in the stores.
In particular, Yettel will perform an automated foot counter analysis at the Points of sales for the following purposes:
•Retail network development planning;
•Optimization of the work of the staff, working hours and schedules in the Points of sales;
•Measuring and improving the sales efficiency at the Points of sales;
•Measuring and improving the level of service in the Points of sales;
•Optimally meeting customer needs by improving the physical location of goods and products at the Points of sales;
•Optimizing the location of the cash desks in the Points of sales and schedules of the sales consultants;
•Improvement and refinement of the product and service development processes;
•Improvement of the training of the employees in the Points of sales and customer service approaches.
