Personal data storage periods

Yettel retains the personal data it processes according to this Policy as far as it is necessary to achieve the purposes specified therein (e.g. for the term of validity of the contracts with the respective suppliers, until settlement of the relations between the parties, until expiry of applicable limitation periods, etc.) or in order to comply with the requirements of the applicable legislation. For example: Yettel is obliged to retain the data contained in documents for tax and social security control for a period of 11 years.
