Rights of natural persons

Natural persons whose data are processed by Yettel in accordance with this Policy have the right:
•to request from Yettel access and/or rectification of the personal data relating to them, as provided for in the Regulation;
•to request from Yettel to restrict the processing of personal data relating to them and/or to erase them, in the cases provided for in the Regulation;
•to object to the processing of personal data relating to them, as provided for in the Regulation;
•to file a complaint to the Commission for Personal Data Protection if they believe that Yettel violates the legislation for personal data protection.
