Entry into force and updating of this Privacy Policy

Amended on March 1st, 2022, in relation to the change of the trade name of the operator to Yettel Bulgaria EAD and the trademark to Yettel. Throughout the text, "Telenor Bulgaria EAD" and "Telenor" are changed to "Yettel Bulgaria EAD" and "Yettel", respectively.

This Personal Data Policy is current as of 21.05.2021.

This Personal Data Policy may be amended or supplemented due to a change in the applicable legislation, at the initiative of Yettel, the users or a competent authority (e.g. Personal Data Protection Commission).

Yettel informs the users about the amendments or supplements to this Personal Data Policy before their entry into force, by:

•publishing the updated Personal Data Policy on the Yettel's website - www.yettel.bg; and
•sending short text messages (SMS) or e-mail (as far as they have an e-mail address) to users containing a link to the website where the updated version of this Personal Data Policy is published; or
•sending a notification via the Yettel application to those users who use it.

It is recommended that users periodically check the latest version of this Personal Data Policy on the Yettel website.
