Categories of persons to whom we disclose participants` personal data

(Amended on 02.12.2021, effective as of 02.12.2021) Data processors are persons who process personal data on behalf of and on instruction by Yettel on the basis of a written agreement. They are not allowed to process the personal data provided to them for purposes other than the implementation of the task assigned to them by Yettel. Data processors are required to follow all instructions of Yettel.

Yettel takes the necessary measures to ensure that the data processors comply with the data protection laws and the instructions of Yettel, as well as that they have taken the appropriate technical and organizational measures for personal data protection.

Examples of data processors:
• Suppliers who provide Yettel with contact centre or call centre services;
• Suppliers who provide Yettel with services for organization and/or conduct of Campaigns (e.g. advertising agencies);
t • Providers of services for introduction and/or maintenance of information systems, who sometimes need to access personal data that are processed in the respective systems, for the purposes of conducting the Campaigns;

(Supplemented on 02.12.2021, effective as of 02.12.2021) These are postal operators to whom Yettel may assign the handing over of prizes to the winning Participants, in connection with which Yettel provides them with certain data about the Participants. Licensed postal operators are independent administrators of personal data who process the received data in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements and with their privacy notices/policies.

Disclosure of data to competent authorities is described herein above.

(Amended on 02.12.2021, effective as of 02.12.2021) These are organizations with the assistance of which Yettel organizes and/or conducts certain Campaigns (e.g. companies that provide prizes for the winning Participants). The provision of data to such organizations may only be done in Campaigns where registration by the Participants is required.
