How long we keep participants personal data

Yettel stores Participants’s personal data for as long as necessary to attain the aims stated in this Privacy Policy, or to meet the requirements of the legislation (e.g. the tax and accounting legislation stipulates an 11-year period for storage of accounting documents (certificates, invoices, etc.).

After the expiration of the periods for personal data processing the same are anonymized or deleted/destroyed unless:
• such data are necessary for pending legal, arbitration, administrative or enforcement proceedings, or in case that a complaint has been filed by the respective Participant, which must be considered by Yettel; or
• the respective Participant has exercised his/her right to request the restriction of processing of personal data related to him/her; Yettel makes efforts to ensure that the personal data being processed as regards the Participants are updated (and rectified if necessary) as well as that no data, which are not necessary for the attainment of the aims described above, are stored.
