How we collect personal data about participants in campaigns

(Amended and supplemented on 02.12.2021, effective as of 02.12.2021) Yettel collects personal data about the Campaign Participants: (i) directly from themselves when applying to participate/register in the Campaign; (ii) from Yettel’s systems, in case the participation in a Campaign does not require registration - this is possible only if the Participants use Yettel products and/or services and are automatically included in the respective Campaign, i.e. they meet the criteria for participation, provided in the respective Conditions (such are the data on Yettel services and products).
Content created by the Participants is provided by them so that they can be able to participate in the Campaign and possibly the distribution of prizes, if such are provided for in the Conditions for the respective Campaign.
We collect personal data directly from the Participants in a Campaign:
•Upon their registration for participation in the Campaign;
•Upon calls/communication between a Yettel representative and a Participant in accordance with the Conditions of the respective Campaign (for example: to provide information, to specify conditions and ways to purchase/lease a device, to obtain data related to the receipt of the prize by the announced winning Participants, etc.).

We collect data from Yettel systems:
•When including existing users of Yettel products and services in various raffles for prizes, when they meet the criteria for participation - e.g. when they have purchased a certain device model during the period of a Campaign, when they have made a payment above a certain amount in the mobile application MyTelenor Bulgaria or others.
