Conditions for add-ons

The b-connect add-ons can be used only with the standard prepaid tariff of the operator. With the purchase of any b-connect add-on, the customer will change to the standard prepaid tariff of operator with no option for a following amendment of the prepaid tariff, as he will be acquainted with this also during the purchase itself.

Upon change to the standard prepaid tariff of the operator the Extra number is not saved, in case such one is available, and the currently available minutes to that number are not transferred. All remaining minutes – initial, bonus and purchased with an add-on are saved and can be used until their validity expire.

With the selection and activation of an add-on with included minutes (excluding GLOBUL Klik), the bonus minutes or the special conditions (special price) upon recharge are suspended, respectively no additional charge is applied for them, and they are valid under the conditions of the standard prepaid tariff of the operator.

The price of the purchased package is deducted from the available credit.

The validity period of the add-ons starts and the included minutes, SMS and/ or MB are available to be used after receiving an SMS confirming the activation of the respective package is successfully completed.

* Minutes for calls towards numbers within the operator mobile network in the postpaid programs GLOBUL Smart, GLOBUL Smart Plus and GLOBUL Max with monthly fee of BGN 5.90.

The minutes for calls from Call Weekend package can be used for calls to numbers within operator's network from 0:00h on Saturday until 24:00h on Sunday.

The service is available to all customers using residential subscription programs GLOBUL Smart, GLOBUL Smart Plus and GLOBUL Max with 5,90 BGN monthly fee who activated their Call Weekend packages before 20.04.2012. A subscriber can have only one active package Call Weekend. Calls to short numbers and value added services numbers are not included in the package and will be charged according to the price list of oeprator.

The additional minutes pack can be activated:

• in a shop from operator's commercial network
• by sending a free of charge SMS to 1414
• online via My Telenor web portal

For the period of pack activation until issuing of next invoice you will receive a proportionate number of minutes for the proportional part of your monthly subscription and the amount of the subscription is automatically included in the monthly bill. The additional minutes pack is spent with higher priority than the included bundle of minutes with the tariff plan and Call GLOBUL and Call National pack.

You can deactivate the package GLOBUL Call Weekend anytime in any shop from GLOBUL commercial network.

Unused minutes can not be transferred to the next month. You can get information about minute usage of your pack at any time from the Automatic information service at 123, by sending SMS with text “20” to 1000 or via My Telenor web portal.

Minimum initial charging duration is 60 seconds, after which charging is per second.

Add-on with 50 minutes per month for calls to service operators from Zone I for International calls for only 5 BGN/month.

Zone I for International calls comprises:

• USA , Canada , Russia – fixed and mobile networks.
• Fixed networks - Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greet Britain, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, FYRO Macedonia, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Montenegrо, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey.

The additional minutes pack can be activated:

• by submitting a form in a shop from operator's commercial network
• by sending a free of charge SMS with text “A1” to 1414
• online via My Telenor web portal

The bundle becomes active after receipt of confirmative SMS and the price of subscription is automatically added to the monthly bill. For the period since activation of the bundle until issuing of new monthly bill you will receive a proportionate number of minutes equal to the proportionate part of your monthly subscription.

You can terminate the subscription at any time by submitting a form in a shop from operator's commercial network.

Unused minutes can not be transferred to the next month. You can get information how many bundle minutes have been used up at any time through the Automatic Information Service at 123, by sending SMS with text “20” to 1000 or through the interactive online opportunities of My Telenor web portal.

The service allows to add one, two or three numbers, to which calls, SMS, MMS and video calls are totally free and unlimited. Selected numbers are in addition to the group for friends, if it is used.

The service is available for all customers using residential subscription programs and for corporate customers, working on Business Universe program.

The service GLOBUL Call Unlimited can be activated by signing an application in the nearest operator chain store. You can use only one of the packs fit one, two or three numbers. The Call Unlimited numbers are in addition to the For Friends group.

The preferred number may only be within operator's network. Traffic to short numbers and value added services numbers are not included in the package and will be charged extra according to the active price list of the operator, at the time of the proposition. First add of Call Unlimited numbers is free of charge. The preferred number change is charged 2.90 BGN for each number and can not be done more frequently than once per billing cicle.

Voice and video calls, SMS and MMS are free only to within operator’s network, if the subscriber is not in roaming. If the prefered number is on the network of another operator or if the subscriber is roaming, the communication is charged according to the active price list of the operator, at the time of the proposition.

The subscription fee will be automatically added to the subscriber's monthly bill.

In case there is one, two or three same numbers in both For friends and Call Unlimited group, included minutes in For friends group are spent with higher priority and after the completion of the included minutes the consumption is charged as per the price list for the respective tariff plan. Any other traffic (video calls, SMS, MMS), where there is one, two or three numbers at the same time in the For friends and a Call Unlimited group, will be charged according to the the active price list of the operator, at the time of the proposition. In this case, to enable the subscriber to use the advantages of the service GLOBUL Call Unlimited, the operator reserves the right to delete the duplicated number from the For friends group upon GLOBUL Call Unlimited service activation or on subscriber’s request for number change. If a customer wants to use the number/s from his Call Unlimited group as number/s from For friends group after GLOBUL Call Unlimited service deactivation, the customer should enter the preferred number/s again in the For friends group.

You can deactivate the package GLOBUL Call Unlimited anytime by signing an application in the nearest store of the operator. For the period of activation or deactivation of the service until issuing of next invoice a proportional part of your monthly fee will be charged. The operator have the right to limit outgoing calls, SMS, MMS and video calls to selected numbers with GLOBUL Call Unlimited service to ensure the rational use from the subscriber. The limitation can be for the selected numbers or to the activated service as a whole, and it will be made after prior notification with SMS or call of the consumer for the applicable restrictions and according to the conditions stated here. Restriction effect on the date of notification to the subscriber.

In addition, the operator reserves the right to restrict the use of the service GLOBUL Call Unlimited, if technical reasons require this. For this purpose, subscribers will be notified by publication of the revised conditions on the corporate website , as subscribers will be entitled to deactivate the use of package / service by sign of an application within 15 days from the publication of the change. If within that period, the subscriber has not deactivated the service, new terms come in force.

* The SMS and MMS included in the package GLOBUL Message, can be send out only to mobile numbers within the network of the operator, except to numbers of "For Friends" group, if the subscription program for the number to which the additional package is activated includes such a group.

The additional package GLOBUL Message is promotional with validity of promotion until 31 October 2014.

GLOBUL SMS – text messages (SMS) to all national networks

Add to your program 25, 50 or 100 SMS per month to all national networks with the GLOBUL SMS packages!

 * The SMS and MMS included in the package GLOBUL SMS, can be send out only to mobile numbers within the network of the operator, except to numbers of "For Friends" group, if the subscription program for the number to which the additional package is activated includes such a group.

Activation and deactivation

Each of the additional packages GLOBUL SMS and additional package GLOBUL Message can be activated through one of the following ways:

• By submitting an application in any store of the operator commercial network
• By sending a free SMS to number 1414, containing the respective code

The selected package becomes active with receiving SMS confirmation to the number on which the package is activated. For the period starting from the activation/deactivation of the package until issuing of the next invoice, you will pay a proportional part of the monthly subscription and will receive a proportional number of the messages depending on the number of days during which you have used the package. The monthly subscription for the additional package is added to the monthly invoice for the number for which the package is activated.

You may terminate the subscription for additional package GLOBUL SMS or GLOBUL Message at any time by submitting an application in any store of the operator commercial network.

You can get information for the used messages from the activated additional package at any time:

• With a free check via the operator Мenu service;
• With a free check via the My Telenor web portal;
• By sending an SMS with text ‘40’ to number 1000 (All sent short text messages are charged according to the price of your program);
• By selecting Check of used SMS/MMS option in the Automatic Information Service at 123 (a call to the Automatic information service is charged 0.024 BGN with VAT regardless of the call duration).
• ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  Additional packages GLOBUL SMS and GLOBUL Message are valid for all customers who have signed a contract for mobile services for a SIM voice card under residential subscription program, except for subscription programs Generation GLOBUL. A single subscriber is eligible to only one active GLOBUL SMS package or if used both GLOBUL SMS and GLOBUL Message - one active package GLOBUL SMS and one active package GLOBUL Message.

  The SMS messages included in the GLOBUL SMS packages, can be sent out to all national networks, except to numbers of “For Friends” group, if the subscription program for the number to which the additional package is activated includes such a group.

  The SMS and MMS included in the GLOBUL Message package can be sent out only to mobile numbers within the operator network, except to numbers of “For Friends” group, if the subscription program for the number to which the additional package is activated includes such a group.

  The unused SMS and MMS are not transferred to a next month.

  All prices are VAT inclusive.

PRICE AND VALIDITY

Depending on your rate plan you are able to purchase an additional GoWeb Turbo data package. The included amount of MB is at maximum speed and it is valid from the activation day till the end of the current billing period.

In case you do not wish to activate an additional package GoWeb Turbo, you will be able to choose the option: “Continue at low speed”.

GoWeb Turbo packages work correctly only using APN telenorbg.

The activation of a GoWeb Turbo package is available only after consumption of the amount of MB included in your rate plan or after consumption of already activated GoWeb Turbo package.

If your amount of MB at maximum speed is not exhausted yet, and you decide to open the web page: http://turbo.lp.telenor.bg, you will be able to check your current MB usage status.

GoWeb Turbo is a package without subscription and the validity period is the same as the billing cycle of the basic tariff plan. Non-consumed MB from GoWeb Turbo package are not rolled-over to next billing cycle.

With the activation of a GoWeb Turbo package, the traffic speed will be increased at maximum attainable speed in the operator network.

- in a shop from operator's commercial network

The package is only activated once its purchase has been confirmed with a text message; at that point the package price is automatically being added to your monthly bill.

• In case a certain amount of MB remains unused, it cannot be transferred for the following month
• The packages explained above only operate with Access Point Name APN telenorbg
• After consumption of the provided MB at maximum speed, the connection speed is reduced to 64 kbps for GLOBUL GoWeb Unlimited 30 and to 128 kbps for all other packages, as the operator reserves its right to apply additional limitation with respect to the speed in case that the reasonable level of consumption is exceeded. The reasonable level of consumption is defined as the consumption, which exceeds by 30% (or more) the included MB at maximum speed. In such cases, the user is subject to preliminary notification by a short text message (SMS).
• Charging is conducted with accuracy of up to 1 КВ, the initial charging unit being 5 KB.

It is good for you to know that:

The additional packages for data GoWeb Unlimited are not available for subscribers using subscription programs with included on the programs MB traffic for data transfer.

Only one data package GoWeb Unlimited (term or termless) can be activated and in case you have any other active data package, the following conditions are on force:

• With the activation of term GoWeb Unlimited package, all other termless and currently active data packages will be automatically deactivated.
• If you already use term data GoWeb Unlimited package, then the activation of termless package will not be possible until the you deactivate the term one.
• In you already use term GoWeb Unlimited package, then you can only activate new term package but with higher monthly subscription fee.
• If you already use termless GoWeb Unlimited package, then you can activate new termless package but with higher monthly fee or any term package.

The term validity of the term GoWebUnlimited packages is till the end of your contract to which you activate the package.

The activation of term package is not possible for mobile numbers, for which the term contract is expired at the moment of activation.

The activation of term package via SMS, My Telenor WEB portal and My Telenor mobile portal is not allowed during the last month of the contract for mobile services. In that case the activation is possible only in a SHOP from operator’s commercial network.

If the term package is deactivated before the expiration of the term validity, forfeits are applied equal to the left, unbilled monthly subscription fees for the respective GoWeb Unlimited term package.

After expiration of the term validity of the package, it is treated as termless and can be deactivated with submition of application in operato's shop.

GLOBUL Klik for postpaid subscribers of GLOBUL with no MB for mobile internet included in the program

Term data add-on applies to residential customers and is valid until the expiry of the contract for mobile services of the mobile number for which the data add-on is activated. Termless data add-on applies both to residential customers and corporate customers on residential postpaid programs, and is valid until the deactivation of the add-on.

The additional promo MB are provided to all subscribers who have activated a term data add-on until 31 October 2014 and apply for the entire period of the data add-on validity.

The remaining unused MB at maximum speed for the respective billing period will not be transferred to the following one.

The MB at maximum speed are available through APN telenorbg and can be used on the territory of Republic of Bulgaria. Traffic generated in roaming is charged according to the roaming tariff of the respective operator.

Each subscriber can benefit from the free trial period only once for a single mobile number.

If after the 30-day free period, the current billing period of the subscriber has not expired yet, the free period is extended to the end of the billing period.

Additional data packages with included amount of MB at maximum speed

With GoWeb Turbo you are able to continue surfing at maximum speed even after consumption of included amount of MB at maximum speed in your rate plan.

PRICE AND VALIDITY

Depending on your rate plan you are able to purchase an additional GoWeb Turbo data package. The included amount of MB is at maximum speed and it is valid from the activation day till the end of the current billing period.

Additional data package GoWeb Turbo with 2500 MB at maximum speed and package price 6,90 BGN is provided for residential customers with data rateplans for computer different from the listed in the table.

The price is automatically charged to your monthly bill.

Minutes for calls to International Zone 1 and Zone 2

With the new GLOBUL Call Abroad packages, you have up to 50 additional minutes per month for calls to service operators from International Zone 1 and Zone 2 (incl. Balkan Zone).

The GLOBUL Call Abroad service is available for all subscribers using residential subscription programs. A single subscriber is eligible to only one active GLOBUL Call Abroad package.

The GLOBUL Call Abroad service includes minutes for international calls to numbers from Zone 1 and Zone 2 (incl. Balkan Zone).

Zone 2 for international calls includes:

• Mobile networks – Europe.
• Fixed networks - Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Estonia, Georgia, Gibraltar, Iceland, Latvia, Libya, Malta, Moldova, Morocco, Palestine, San Marino, Tunisia, Ukraine.

Balkan Zone for international calls includes operators: Cosmote (Greece), Cosmote (Romania), Cosmofon (FYRO Macedonia), AMC (Albania), Telenor Serbia (Serbia), Turkcell (Turkey).

Additional minutes can be activated in one of the following ways:

• By submitting an application in any store of the operator commercial network
• By sending a free of charge SMS to number 1414, containing the corresponding code
• Online, via the operator web portal

The package becomes active after receiving SMS confirmation and the price of the subscription is automatically added to the monthly bill. For the period starting from the activation of the package until issuing of the next invoice, you will receive a proportionate number of minutes for the proportionate part of your monthly subscription.

You may terminate the subscription at any time by submitting an application in any store of the operator's commercial network.

The unused minutes are not transfered to the next month. You can get information for the used minutes from the package at any time:

• With a free check via the My Мenu service;
• With a free check via the operator web portal;
• By sending an SMS with text “20” to number 1000 (All sent short text messages are charged according to the operator price, at the time of the proposition of your tariff plan);
• By choosing Used minutes check option of the Automatic information service at 123 (a call to Automatic information service is charged 0.024 BGN with VAT regardless of the call duration).

Minimum initial charging duration is 60 seconds, after which the time charging shall depend and coincide with the one of the subscription program and package.

The additional minutes pack can be activated:

• by submitting a form in a shop from operator's commercial network
• by sending a free of charge SMS with text “E” to 1414
• online, via the operator web portal.

The bundle becomes active after receipt of confirmative SMS and the price of subscription is automatically added to the monthly bill. For the period since activation of the bundle until issuing of new monthly bill you will receive a proportionate number of minutes equal to the proportionate part of your monthly subscription.

Activation and deactivation of the add-on

To activate the service GLOBUL Call Unlimited, you may sign an application in a shop from the operator’s commercial network. You can use only one of the add-ons fit for one, two, three or five numbers.

In case you would like to deactivate your subscription, you may do it anytime by visiting a shop from the commercial network of the operator and sign an application for deactivation. For the period of activation or deactivation of the service until the next invoice is issued a proportional part of your monthly fee will be charged.

All prices are VAT inclusive.

The additional package allows to add one mobile operator number and to call within 300 minutes for additional monthly fee. The preferred number is in addition to the group For Friends, if it is used.

The package Call 1 Friend may be used form subscribers using residential subscription programs. In case of program change to corporate program, the pack Call 1 Friend will be automatically deactivated.

The pack Call 1 Friend may be deactivated by signing an application in the operator nearest store or by a call to Customer service number - 123. For the period of activation or deactivation of the service until issuing of next invoice a proportional part of your monthly fee will be charged.

Unused minutes can not be transferred to the next month. You can get information about minute usage of your pack at any time from the Automatic information service at 123, by sending SMS with text “20” to 1000 or in operator web portal.

The initial charge for calls to the preferred number is 60 sec. and it is independent from the subscription plan used initial charge.

The monthly fee for the pack Call 1 Friend will be automatically added to the subscriber's monthly bill.

First add of preferred numbers is free of charge. The preferred number change is charged 2.90 BGN for each change and can not be done more frequently than once per billing cicle.

The preferred number may only be within the operator network. Traffic to short numbers and value added services numbers are not included in the package and will be charged extra according to the price list of the operator. The calls to the preferred number after depletion of the included minutes will be charged 0.10 BGN / per minute. If the preferred number is on the network of another operator or if the subscriber is in roaming, the calls will be charged according to the active price list of the operator, at the time of the proposition.

When using Call 1 Friend, in case there are same numbers both in For Friends and as preferred number, the number will be deleted automatically from For Friends group when Call 1 Friend is activated. If the same number is added again in the For Friends group, the calls to that number will be charged as per the price of using Call 1 Friend. After deactivation Call 1 Friend if a customer wants to use the number as number for For Friends group, the customer should enter the preferred number again in the For Friends group. When using Call 1 Friend in case there are same numbers both in Call Unlimited group and as preferred number, the calls to that number will be charged as per the price of using Call 1 Friend. When using Call 1 Friend in case there are same numbers both in Closed user group and as preferred number, the calls to that number will be charged as per the price of using Closed user group.

Any other traffic (video calls, SMS, MMS), to the preferred number will be charged according to the active price list of the operator, at the time of the proposition.

You can deactivate the package Call 1 Friend anytime by signing an application in the operator nearest store. For the period of activation or deactivation of the service until issuing of next invoice you receive proportional minutes and proportional part of your monthly fee will be charged.

Each subscriber can use the promotional conditions for monthly fee off for the pack Call 1 Friend for each his mobile phone number only once.

Add extra minutes to all national networks - now at promotional price. You can benefit from our special proposal, if you sign a new contract or renew your current one under specific postpaid program of the operator.

Conditions of the additional national minutes

The additional national minutes can be added to any of the listed postpaid programs: GLOBUL Max, GLOBUL United, GLOBUL Universe, GLOBUL Web&Talk, Generation GLOBUL, GLOBUL 60+.

The additional national minutes are valid for existing customers on signing a new contract or renewing a current one with additional agreement under ZAEDNO Program upon one of the above mentioned programs, in all cases for a new fixed term of 2 years

The additional minutes are provided for the entire duration of the contract/ the additional agreement.

The unused included minutes from the current billing period are not transferred to the next one.

Minimum initial charging duration is 60 seconds and coincides with that of the chosen postpaid program.

The additional minutes to all national networks have the following priority of depletion: firstly are depleted the minutes included in the postpaid program (standard and additional promo minutes) and then the additional national minutes.

The promotional price is valid for the period 21.05.2014 – 31.10.2014

Activation of the additional national minutes

You can activate the additional national minutes in a shop from the commercial network of the operator when you sign a new contract or renew your current one.

For the period from activation of the additional minutes until issuing the next invoice you will receive a proportional number of minutes for the proportional part of the monthly subscription for the remaining billing period.

The deactivation of the additional minutes is not possible within the term of validity of the signed contract/ additional agreement.
