For those of you who prefer shorter phone calls, we introduce tariff plans b-connect 30 and b-connect 30s. With them your calls will be initially charged in 30 seconds, after which charging is per second.

Tariff plans b-connect 30 and b-connect 30s are valid only for existing customers of the operator prepaid services.

With b-connect 30 and b-connect 30s tariffs you can use all standard b-connect services including all charging channels, credit and minutes transfer services (Cash Share, Time Share,Gift Box) and Cash in Time.

All services, not listed in the table, are charged according to the active price list of the operator for prepaid services and packages, at the time of the proposition.

The MORE SMSs you send, the LESS you pay per SMS - from 0.13 BGN to 0.97 BGN

All sent SMS-s are charged at step rate within a calendar month. The billing period starts at the beginning of each month.

For example: If you send 100 SMS-s within a calendar month, these SMS-s will be charges as follows: The first 50 SMS will be charged at 0.13 BGN/SMS, and the next 50 SMS-s will be charged at 0.12 BGN/SMS.

One prices per minute to all mobile and fixed national networks. - 0.56 BGN/minute.

Prices of all other services are charged according to the active price list of the operator, for prepaid services, at the time of the proposition.

b-connect SMS tariff may be changed any time from the Automatic Information Service on 123. When transferring to another tariff users lose the benefits valid with the current tariff. Change of tariff is charged 60 st. deducted form the available credit.Once transfered to another tariff you will not be able to transfer back to b-connect SMS.

When transferring to b-connect Friend 100 you just pay the relevant fee for the first month.

Prices for calls and SMS:

Prices of all other services are charged according to the the active price list of the operator, for prepaid services, at the time of the proposition.

Every recharge (regardless of value) brings 20 free minutes in the operator network, which are granted only to Weekend+ starter pack and are valid for use in the weekends.

Free minutes are received within 24 hours after the recharge and are valid for 31 days from the date of receiving. When new bonus minutes are added to the current ones, the validity period of all minutes will be renewed with another 31 days. The weekly bonus is not valid with this promotional pack.

b-connect Weekend tariff may be changed any time from the Automated Information Service on 123. Change of tariff is charged 60 st. deducted from the available credit and leads to impossibility for receiving the free weekend minutes with every recharge. Once transfered to another tariff you will not be able to transfer back to b-connect Weekend.

Minimum initial charged duration is 60 seconds, after which charging is per second.

• 100 minutes and 100 SMS-s to a preferred number from the operator network for 2 BGN for 31 days
• Only 0.09 BGN per minute for calls to the preferred number after the available minutes have been used up
• After depletion of the available SMS-s - 0.22 BGN/SMS to all national and foreign operators

All other calls and text messages are charged as follows:

• 0.35 BGN per minute for calls to the operator network and fixed networks
• 0.47 BGN per minute to other national mobile networks
• One price per SMS to all national and foreign operators – 0.22 BGN/SMS

Prices of all other services are charged according to the active price list of the operator, for prepaid services, at the time of the proposition.

• For customers above 6 months: 25 minutes and 25 SMS-s additionally per month, equal to 25 minutes and 125 SMS-s to a operator preferred number for the same price – 2 BGN for 31 days.
• For customers above 1 year: 50 minutes and 50 SMS-s additionally per month, equal to 150 minutes and 150 SMS-s to a operator preferred number for the same price – 2 BGN for 31 days.

Receiving of the additional minutes and SMS-s is automatic for b-connect users above 6 months and 1 year.

The initial 100 free minutes and 100 free SMS-s are valid for 31 days from activation date of the SIM card. After expiration of the 31-day period new packs of 100 minutes + 100 SMS-s will be loaded in the card and the price of 2 BGN for the next 31 days will be automatically withdrawn from the available credit. New packs of 100 minutes + 100 SMS-s are loaded every 31-day period. In case the user does not have the necessary amount on the 31-st day, minutes and SMS-s will be added when a recharge is done.

To set a preferred number users have to call 125 and follow the instructions of the interactive system. With effect from 01.10.2009 a call to Automatic information service is charged 0.03 BGN with VAT regardless the call duration. The preferred number can be changed many times by dialing 125. Every change is charged 1 BGN deducted from the available credit.

b-connect Friend 100 tariff ca be changed any time from the Automatic Information Service on 123 When transferring to another tariff users lose the benefits valid with the current tariff. Transferring back to b-connect Friend 100 tariff is not possible.

If a preferred number has forwarded incoming SMS-s to his/her mail box in MyGLOBUL portal, then the sender of the SMS will be charged for the message and it will not be withdrawn from the available free SMS-s.

Special price to 3 preferred numbers from the operator network upon recharge:

• 10 BGN and above – 0.01 BGN/min. for calls and SMS to 3 preferred operator numbers
• up to 10 BGN – 0.05 BGN/min. for calls and SMS to 3 preferred operator numbers
• 200 free minutes and 200 free SMS-s to the 3 preferred numbers for 31 days from activation
• 0.23 BGN/min. for calls to the 3 numbers (in case, there is no special charging)
• 0.44 BGN/min. for calls to all national networks

Prices of all other services are charged according to the the active price list of the operator, for prepaid services, at the time of the proposition.

Upon every recharge, the customer will start using preferential prices for calls and SMS to the preferred numbers for a period of 31 days, for a period of 31 days. If the recharge is up to 9 BGN including, the customer will use a price of 0,05 BGN/min. for calls and SMS to the preferred numbers for a period of 31 days. If the recharge is valued 10 BGN and above they will use a price of 0,01 BGN/minute for calls and SMS to the 3 numbers for 31 days.

Every b-connect customer can transfer to Hello Friends tariff with a call to 123 (Option 0 and 4 Change of tariff) or by sending a free of charge SMS with text HELLO to 125. Change of tariff is charged 60 st. deducted form the available credit.

b-connect Hello Friends tariff can be changed anytime from the Automatic information service on 123. When transferring to another tariff users lose the benefits valid with the current tariff.

If a preferred number has forwarded incoming SMS-s to his/her mail box in the operator portal, then the sender of the SMS will be charged for the message at standard price and not at the preferential price.

If purchase of (any) additional prepaid add-on with included minutes and SMS-s is made, the additional prepaid add-on will be charged with a priority before the three preferred numbers charging.

If, on the 31-st day there is no other recharge made during the period, customer will start using standard prices for calls (0.23 BGN/min. for calls to For Friends; 0.45 BGN/min. for calls to all national networks) If there are two or more recharges during a 31 day period, a new 31 days validity period starts to count. Customer will be notified with an SMS for every bonus receipt and change of charging.

Every b-connect customer can transfer to b-connect MEGA tariff by sending a free of charge SMS with text MEGA to 125.

Change of tariff is charged 60 st. deducted form the available credit.

The special price of 0.05 BGN/min is applied after depletion of the available free daily minutes for calls to For Friends group during the 31-day period after the recharge. All bonuses take effect up to 20 minutes and are valid for 31 days from date of receiving.

In case a subsequent recharge is made within the 31-day period after current recharge or the receipt of the initial free minutes and the subsequent recharge grants a bigger amount of free minutes, the customer can only receive the bigger amount of call minutes.

When receiving bonus minutes, 1.50 BGN are automatically deducted from the the customer's account. Customer will be notified with an SMS for every bonus receipt and charge.

If there is no new recharge made after the end of the 31-day period and no new bonus is activated, the standard prices are applicable (0.23 BGN/minute for calls to For Friends group and 0.54 BGN/min for calls to all national networks). The customers receive a notification SMS with any change in the charging plan.

Every b-connect customer can switch to the b-connect b-cool tariff by sending a free of charge SMS with text cool to 125. Change of tariff is charged 0.60 BGN deducted form the available credit.

When transferring to another tariff users lose the benefits valid with the current tariff.

Every recharge grants you bonus minutes to five numbers of the For Friends group as follows:

recharge from 5 to 9 BGN -

recharge from 20 to 39 BGN - 500 bonus minutes to the For Friends group;

recharge with 40 BGN or more - 1000 bonus minutes to the For Friends group;

• 0,23 BGN/min for calls to the For Friends group (in case no bonus minutes are used)
• 0,45 BGN/min for calls to all national mobile and fixed networks
• 0,22 BGN/SMS for text messages to all national and international operators

All bonus minutes are activated within 20 minutes of the recharge and are valid for 31 days of the activation date. For the use of the minutes 0,90 BGN are deducted from the available credit balance at every recharge of the b-connect card. The bonuses are activated after the customer receives a notification text message about that.

With every recharge, a new 31-day period begins for the use of the bonus minutes. If no other recharge is done, the user will begin to pay the standart prices (0,23 BGN/min for calls to the For Friends group). If a secondary recharge is made, a new 31-day validity period begins. Every time the user receives new bonuses, a notification text message is sent.

Every b-connect customer can switch to the b-connect hi 5 tariff by calling 123 (0,03 BGN/call) – option 0 and 4 Change of tariff, or by sending a free of charge SMS with text hi 5 to 125. The tariff change is charged 0,60 BGN (VAT inclusive) and the amount is deducted from the available balance.

The b-connect hi 5 tariff can be changed at anytime from the Automated Information Services at 123. When switching tariffs, the users lose all their benefits of minutes and the 5 For Friends numbers (the 5 For Friends numbers are remaining only in case of switching to b-connect wow tariff) applicable to the current tariff.

Bonus minutes in the mobile network of the operator are available upon every recharge:

• recharge from 5 to 9 BGN – 25 bonus minutes in the mobile network of the operator;

  • BGN 0.45 per minute for calls to all national mobile and fixed networks

All bonuses are activated within 20 minutes after the recharge and are valid for 31 days from activation date. For the use of the bonus minutes, SMS, MB charge of1.50 BGN is deducted from the available credit balance at every recharge of the b-connect card. The bonuses are activated after the customer receives a SMS notification.

With every recharge, a new 31-day period begins for the use of the bonus minutes, SMS, MB. If no recharge is made on the 31st day of the period, the user will start using the standard prices (BGN 0.45 per minute, BGN 0.22 per SMS, and BGN 2.40 per MB). If a new recharge has been made within the 31-day period, a new 31-day validity period for the bonuses begins. Every time the user receives new bonuses, SMS notification is sent.

Each b-connect customer can switch to the b-connect bigtime tariff by calling123 (BGN 0.03 per call) – option 0 and 4 Change of Tariff, or by sending free of charge SMS with text bigtime to number 125. The tariff change is charged 0.60 BGN (VAT inclusive) from the available credit balance.

The b-connect bigtime tariff can be changed at any time from the Automated Information Service at 123. When switching tariffs, all preferential conditions (bonus minutes, SMS and MB) from the previous tariff are lost.

b-connect wow tariff plan may be changed at anytime from the Automatic Information Services at number 123. When switching onto another tariff, all preferences from bonus minutes and numbers within a For Friends group (the numbers in the For Friends group remain only if a switch to the tariff hi 5 is applied), which are valid for the respective tariff, are lost.

Each b-connect customer may switch to the b-connect (6) tariff plan by calling number 123 (0,03 BGN/call) – option 0 and 4 Change of tariff plan or by sending a free SMS with text content 6 to number 125. The change of tariff plan is charged 0,60 BGN from the available credit.

The b-connect tariff (6) may be modified at any time from the Automatic Information Service at 123 number. When switching to another tariff, the minutes’ preferences and entered numbers such as an Extra number and numbers from the For Friends group, are lost (the numbers in the For Friends group will be kept only if switching to the hi5 or the wow tariffs, and the numbers in the Extra number group will be kept only if switching to the b-connect funtime tariff).

The starter pack includes 1000 minutes to 1 Extra number, 100 minutes to 5 numbers from the For Friends group and 3 BGN initial credit.

Upon top-up, customers receive bоnus minutes to the Extra number and to the numbers from the For Friends group, respectively:

0,23 BGN/min. for calls to 1 Extra number and to numbers from the For Friends group (after the consumption of the bonus minutes)

• 0,39 BGN/min. for calls to all national mobile and fixed networks
• 0,22 BGN/SMS to all national and international operators

All other services are charged according by the active price list of the operator, for prepaid services, at the time of the proposition.

All bonus minutes are activated and may be used up to 20 minutes after recharge, regardless of the manner thereto, and remain valid for 31 days from activation date. For the use of the bonus minutes, a fee of 2.40 BGN is deducted from the available credit balance at each recharge of the b-connect card.

With every recharge, a new 31 days period begins for the use of bonus minutes. If no other recharge is done during the 31-day period, from that moment onwards, the customer will be charged by the standard prices for calls (0,23 BGN/min. for calls to 1 Extra number and to the numbers from the For Friends group). If a secondary recharge applied during the same period, a new validity period of 31 days begins. Every time the customer receives new bonus minutes, a notification SMS message is sent.

Each b-connect customer may switch to the b-connect (6+) tariff plan by calling number 123 (0,03 BGN/call) – option 0 and 4 „Change of tariff plan“ or by sending a free SMS with text content 6+ to number 125. The change of tariff plan is charged 0,60 BGN from the available credit and takes effect after receipt of confirmation SMS.

Tariff b-connect (6+) may be changed at any time from the Automatic Information Service at 123. When switching to another tariff all preferences to the Extra number and to the group For Friends, that are valid for the b-connect (6+) tariff, will be lost. The numbers added to the For Friends group will be retained when switching to tariffs with For Friends group option with 5 positions. The Extra number will be retained when switching to tariffs b-connect funtime and b-connect (6) and vice versa.

The minimum initial charging and accounting time for calls is 60 seconds, with subsequent 60 second increments.

Choose one FUNtastic friend with the new b-connect funtime

Initially included 250 minutes to 1 Extra number, 25 minutes to the operator mobile network and 3 BGN initial credit.

Upon every recharge, bonus minutes to 1 Extra number and to the operator mobile network are received, as follows:

0.23 BGN/min. for calls to 1 Extra number (when there are no bonus minutes available)

• 0.45 BGN/min. for calls to all national mobile and fixed networks
• 0.22 BGN/SMS to all national and international operators

All other services are charged according to the the active price list of the operator, for prepaid services, at the time of the proposition.

All bonus minutes are activated and may be used up to 20 minutes after recharge, and remain valid for 31 days from activation date. For the use of the bonus minutes, a fee of 1.90 BGN is deducted from the available credit balance at each recharge of the b-connect card.

Each b-connect customer may switch to the b-connect funtime tariff by calling 123 number (0,03 BGN/call) – selecting option 0 and 4 “Change of tariff” or by sending a free of charge SMS with text funtime to the 125 number. The change of tariff is charged 0,60 BGN from the available credit balance.

The b-connect funtime tariff may be changed at any time from the Automatic Information Service at 123 number. When switching to another tariff, the minutes’ preferences, valid for the current tariff, are lost. The number entered as an Extra number, will be kept only if switching to the b-connect tariff (6) and vice versa.

The starter package includes 500 minutes to 5 numbers from the group For Friends from the operator mobile network, valid for 31 days from their receiving and 3 BGN of initial credit.

For top-up value of 6 BGN or more, with the tariff b-connect happytime, bonus minutes are included for calls to numbers from the group For Friends as well as Happy Hour bonus minutes for calls to numbers from the operator mobile network. They may be used only between 10:00 and 11:00 every day from the period of validity of the minutes, as follows :

• 0,39 BGN/min. for calls to all national mobile and fixed networks

The initial included minutes to numbers from the group For Friends are valid for 31 days from the date of activation of the SIM card.

All bonus minutes become activated and may be used up to 20 minutes after top-up, disregarding the method of topping-up, and they are valid for 31 days as per the date of their receiving. For usage of the bonus minutes, 2,50 BGN are charged from the available credit balance at each top-up of the b-connect card for 6 BGN or more.

At each top-up, a new 31 days period commences for usage of the bonus minutes. If until the 31st day, included, from the receiving of the included or the bonus minutes there is no other top-up of the b-connect card performed, the usage of the minutes is terminated and all unused included and/or bonus minutes, are lost. In this case, as well as after depletion of the included and the bonus minutes, the user will be subject to the standard charging for calls (0,23 BGN/min. for calls to numbers from the group For Friends and 0,39 BGN/min. for calls to all national networks).

At second top-up during a commenced 31 days period, the period for usage of the bonus minutes, which have not been used during the respective period, is extended by new 31 days. At each receiving of new bonus minutes, the user receives a notification by an SMS.

The numbers from the operator network, to which the included and the bonus minutes are provided, cannot be short numbers and numbers of value added services.

Happy Hour

At each top-up for 6 BGN or more, a certain number of Happy Hour bonus minutes to the operator mobile network is provided, and these minutes can be used only during the one hour interval between 10:00 and 11:00 every day, within the 31 days from receiving the minutes.

For calls between 10:00 and 11:00 to numbers from the group For Friends, the use of bonus minutes to these numbers prevails, including those, provided with activated additional packages, and after their depletion, the Happy Hour bonus minutes to the operator mobile network are used, in case that such are available.

Additional information

Each b-connect user may switch to the tariff b-connect happytime by calling the number 123 (0,03 BGN/call) – with consecutive selection of option 0 and option 4 “Change of Tariff” or by a free SMS with text “happytime” to number 125. The change of tariff is charged 0,60 BGN from the available credit balance and becomes valid after receiving a confirmation SMS.

The b-connect happytime tariff may be modified at any time from the Automatic Information Service by calling number 123. At switching to another tariff, the bonus minutes to the numbers from the group For Friends and the Happy Hour bonus minutes to the operator mobile network, valid for the tariff b-connect happytime, are lost. The entered numbers in the group For Friends are retained at switching to tariffs, which have the respective group with the same number of positions.

Charging is performed in intervals, each of 60 seconds, as each commenced 60 seconds interval is accounted for and charged as an entire minute.

The tariff package includes:

• 500 minutes for calls to 5 numbers from group For Friends in the operator mobile network, valid for 31 days from the date of receiving the minutes;
• 3 BGN of initial credit;
• Activated FUN Call service with a monthly subscription fee of 0.60 BGN; the subscription for the service for the first month after activation of the SIM card is free of charge.

After each top up at the value of 6 BGN or more, you get a special discounted price for calls to 5 numbers from group For Friends, as it follows:

For using the special price, 2,50 BGN are deducted from the available credit at each top up of the b-connect card at the value of 6 BGN or more

• 0,23 BGN/min. for calls to numbers in the group For Friends after depletion of the included minutes or after expiration of the validity period of the special price of 0,01 or 0,05 BGN/min.

• 0,39 BGN/min. for calls to all national mobile and fixed networks

• Included 250 minutes and upon activation of a prepaid card with tariff plan b-connect cooltime before 31.03.2014 you get additional 250 included minutes, all of which to 5 numbers from For Friends group in the operator mobile network, valid for 31 days from the date of receiving. If the prepiad card is activated after 31.03.2014, the received included minutes are 250;
• 3 BGN of initial credit;
• Activated FUN Call service with a monthly subscription fee of 0.60 BGN; the subscription for the service for the first month after activation of the SIM card is free of charge.

• Upon switching to a b-connect cooltime tariff or migration to another prepaid tariff, the initially included minutes and credit are not received.
• In case of switching to another tariff plan, the unused initially included minutes to numbers in the For Friends group and the special price to numbers in the For Friends group, valid for the b-connect cooltime tariff plan, are all lost.
• The activated additional packages are transferred and may be used in case that they comply with the conditions of the new tariff plan. In any other case, the additional packages are lost. Example: An already purchased additional package with minutes to For Friends groups will be transferred, if the conditions of the new tariff includes For Friends group.
• The numbers entered in the For Friends group remain saved when switching to tariff plans that have the respective group as an option, with the same number of positions.
