Change of a postpaid plan

Change of a selected Telenor Go Web plan is possible under the following conditions:
• To a Telenor Go Web postpaid plan with a higher monthly fee – anytime
• To a Telenor Go Web postpaid plan with a lower monthly fee:

Change is not possible during the term of the contract for residential customers 

Change is not possible for term of 6 months for business customers

Case of exception could be renewal of the current contract or as otherwise agreed in the contract for mobile services or additional agreement.

Spending and validity

The first monthly fee is proportionally defined based on the number of days remaining before the invoice issuance date.

The entire amount of МВ at maximum speed is available immediately and does not depend on the number of days remaining before the invoice issuance.

The plans described work only with APN (Access Point Name) telenorbg

The amount of maximum speed MB unused cannot be transferred to the following month.

Once the amount of MB at maximum speed is depleted, you can continue surfing without additional charges with speed up to 64 kbps. Telenor keeps the right to introduce additional limitations in data traffic speed in case the reasonable traffic used is exceeded. An excess use of 30% or more of the included MB at maximum speed is considered such use. In such cases you will be notified via text message (SMS).

Charging and counting

Charging is conducted with accuracy of up to 1 КВ, the initial charging unit is 1 KB.

Described prices and conditions for data transfer are applicable on the territory of Republic of Bulgaria. If a traffic in roaming is generated, charging and counting is applied according to the current price list of Telenor.
