* The promotion is valid for customers who sign a new term contract for fixed services until 31.07.2013. The promotional monthly subscription is applied for the first 6 (six) months of the subscription period with 2-year contract and for the first 3 (three) months with 1-year contract. After this period, the standard monthly fee is applied.

** Promotional included minutes are valid for the whole initial term of the fixed services contract or additional agreement for term contract prolongation with subscription plan GLOBUL Home & Friends in case the contract/ additional agreement is contracted within the period from 22.11.2011 to 31.07.2013. Standard included minutes are applied after expiration of the initial term of the contract/additional agreement in case they become termless and according to defined in them conditions as well as upon signing new term contract for fixed services or prolonging an existing one with additional agreement after the expiration of the promotional period, Combining standart and promotional included minutes is not applicable.

• The subscriber numbers in “For Friends” group and the number for unlimited calls can only be numbers from the operator mobile network, excluding numbers for value added services and short ones.
• For the period between service activation and the first billing invoice, you pay a monthly fee and can use the included minutes in proportion to the numbers of days until the issue of the invoice.
• Unused minutes during the current billing period are not transferred to the next one or refunded.
• Local numbers are fixed numbers located in the city where your fixed zone is.
• Long-distance numbers are fixed numbers in Bulgaria, located outside the city where your fixed zone is.
• Minimum initial charging is 60" and after that the charging is per second.
• Outgoing calls to other national fixed numbers can be made to fixed numbers from the following networks: BTK, M-Tel, Orbitel, Nexcom, Spectrum Net, Trans Telecom, Max Telecom, ITD Network, Interoute, Evrokom, Blizoo Media and Broadband, Vestitel, Eastern Telecommunication Company, Interbild, Varna Net and Global Communications Net.
• Maximum alowed fixed phone numbers per customer is 2

* Promotional monthly fee is valid for new subscribers signed term contract within the period from 23.02.2011 to 31.07.2013. Promotional monthly fee is applied on first 2 months in case of 2 years subscription and for the first month in case of 1 year subscription on GLOBUL Home Start. With GLOBUL Home Plus promotional monthly fee is applied for the first 2 months of the first year and the first 2 months of the second year in case of 2 years contract and for the first 2 months in case of new 1 year contract. After expiration of the promotional period the standard monthly fee is applied. The standard monthly fee is also applied in case the subscription is contracted after the promotional period is expired.

• Local numbers are fixed numbers with the same geographical code and the calls between them are local.
• Long distance numbers are fixed numbers with different geographical codes and the calls between them are long distance.
• Short numbers are not accessible from fixed number.
• Unused minutes, included in the bundle, are not transferred for the next month.
• The maximum number of fixed numbers which a customer can possess are 2.

Under signing a new 2-year contract with program GLOBUL Home Plus with fixed device TA2307 you will receive a monthly fee discount for the first 2 months during the first year and for the first 2 months during the second year of the contract.

The promotional discount is not available upon new 2 year subscription on GLOBUL Home Start with wireless fixed devices GLOBUL Home TA 8055G, GLOBUL Home VOG CS, ТА 2311, Box GLOBUL Home ZTE 650 and Huawei ETS8121. Under signing a new 2-year contract with program GLOBUL Home Start with fixed device TA2307 you will receive a monthly fee discount for the first 2 months of the contract.

Call Forward service allows you to transfer (redirect) a call from a fixed number to other national fixed or mobile number. The forwarded call shall be charged under the terms of the subscription program used by you as a standard outgoing call from the opertor fixed network number to the number where the call was forwarded.

You may use the service as enter from the keyboard on your phone * 123 # and press the call button, then select the menu option 9.

HOW DO I GET THE SERVICE 

For more information and subscription to GLOBUL Home service you need to visit one of the shops from the commercial and distribution network of the operator.

• Activated service while you are still in the shop – no installation fees and extra cables
• Included minutes to fixed numbers from all national networks and to numbers from Zone 1 for international calls
• Included minutes to mobile numbers in the operator network
• Price of 0.00 BGN per minute to fixed numbers in the operator network after depletion of the included minutes
• A new phone device from the offered models by the operator at your choice
• CONDITIONS FOR SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM GLOBUL HOME 5.90

  Described terms and prices are valid until 31 October 2014 for residential customers under signing a new 1- or 2-year term contract for a new fixed number with subscription program GLOBUL Home 5.90, or prolongation of existing contract for fixed services by signing additional agreement under ZAEDNO Program.

  The price of the selected phone device is 0.00 BGN under signing a new 2-year contract for fixed services for a new fixed number with subscription program GLOBUL Home 5.90. In case of signing a 1-year contract for a new fixed number, the price of the selected phone device depends on its model.

  Charging of voice calls is performed in intervals of 60 seconds, as each commenced 60 seconds interval is accounted and charged as an entire minute.

  The unused included minutes from the current billing period are not transferred to the next billing period.

  All other services which are not listed in the table are charged according to the active price list of the operator, at the time of the proposition.
