The promotional offer is available for new subscribers, for existing subscribers under the conditions for migration to subscription plan GLOBUL Smart and for existing customers, who renew their agreements with ZAEDNO Program with additional agreement sighed.

Post-paid programs Generation GLOBUL are available for subscription for residential customers between 14 and 24 years of age. The initial credit limit is set to 30 BGN.

Each residential subscriber up to 24 years old can sign a contract for only one SIM card for the Generation GLOBUL postpaid programs.

The Generation GLOBUL programs come with a no paper invoice that can be viewed at any time free of charge, after a registration at the operator web portal.

You may also take advantage of the Generation GLOBUL programs even if you are not yet of age – you should be at least 14 years old and possess an ID card. When subscribing for the program, one of your parents shall be present and you shall present you birth certificate.

Subscription plan change

You can migrate to one of the Generation GLOBUL programs (if you are currently using another program and you are up to 24 years old), as well as you can migrate to another program (if you are currently subscribed to Generation GLOBUL program) under the following conditions:

If you have signed a new contract for operator’s services or you have renewed your contract under ZAEDNO Program valid as of 28.05.2013:

• you can change your subscription program anytime you want within the initial contract term after 3 months from the date on which the new contract was signed/ renewed, until you receive an offer under ZAEDNO Program.
• you can change the subscription program with a program that has the same, higher or lower monthly subscription fee.
• by migration to a subscription program with a lower monthly fee you can choose from postpaid programs which has a monthly subscription fee that is equal or higher than the monthly subscription fee of the last used subscription program for which you last signed contract or additional agreement under ZAEDNO Program.

  you can always switch back to your previous subscription program without change in your contract term.

Charging

For the period between activating the card and the first invoice date, you receive the proportional amount of calling minutes, SMS and MB for proportional part of the monthly subscription fee.

The initial call charging time is 60 seconds. After that the charging is per second.

When call forwarding is used, the call is charged as a regular call to a number of the respective provider’s network.

* For subscription programs GLOBUL Web&Talk the included megabytes that are provided with maximum speed are 150 MB, 250 MB, 500 MB, 1000 MB, 2500 MB respectively. After the depletion of the maximum speed amount, the connection speed will be reduced up to 128 kbps.

** The promotion for a 50% lower monthly fee is valid until 30.04.2012 for subscription programs GLOBUL Web&Talk Start, GLOBUL Web&Talk Extra, GLOBUL Web&Talk Super and GLOBUL Web&Talk Ultra for all new subscribers when signing a new 2-year contract for a new SIM card, for current subscriber renewing their contract with ZAEDNO Program for 2 years, as well as for current subscribers under the conditions for migration from subscription plan GLOBUL Smart. The discount on the monthly fee is given for a period of 2 months - during the first month of the first year and during the first month of the second year of the contract duration, respectively of the additional agreement for ZAEDNO program.

*** The promotional terms for 300 minutes in the operator mobile network are valid until 30.04.2012 with the GLOBUL WEB&TALK Lite program for all new subscribers signing a new contract for a new SIM card, for existing customers under the conditions for migration from subscription plan GLOBUL Smart, as well as for current subscribers renewing their contract with additional agreement for ZAEDNO program. The program offers packages including different number of minutes for calls to all telephone networks in the country.
After all minutes have been used up you will be calling at a uniform lower tariff  to all networks in the country.

The price of a video call to mobile numbers from all national networks is 0.59 BGN/ per minute for the respective tariff plan.

International calls, roaming, value added services, voicemail, SMS, data and fax shall be calculated and paid separately.
Minimum initial charging duration is 30 seconds, after which charging is per second. 
All prices are VAT inclusive.
The unused inclusive minutes are transferred to the following month.
All other services are charged as per the standard tariff of the operator.

PRIVILEGES:

Transfer of unused minutes
You don’t have to worry that you will not manage to use the minutes from your package. Unused minutes will be transferred to the following month, whereby the transferred minutes should not exceed the number of minutes of the chosen package.

Unified price to all networks in the country
The post-paid program minutes are for calls to all national networks. After they all have been used up, you can make your calls at a unified, but lower charge per minute calls to all networks in the country.

* The amount of minutes, which can be used in roaming within the European Union and for international calls to numbers from the international Zone 2, is up to 20, 30, 60 and 100 from all the minutes, included in the package, respectively for GLOBUL Universe programs with standard monthly subscription fees of 13.90 BGN, 19.90 BGN, 24.90 BGN and 39.90 BGN. The provided number of minutes, which can be used for calls in roaming within the European Union, for each one of GLOBUL Universe programs, is valid for incoming and outgoing voice calls from and to numbers of mobile and fixed networks of operators in the European Union member states.

**The promotional additional minutes are valid for the whole term of the contract at signing a contract for a new SIM card. From the promotional conditions may benefit new subscribers, existing subscribers, for existing customers under the conditions for migration from subscription plan GLOBUL Smart, as well as current subscribers renewing their contract with ZAEDNO Program until 15.07.2012. In order to be able to use the minutes in roaming to the EU, the customer should activate the roaming service according to the applicable procedures of the operator.

• A discount of 100% or 50% OFF the monthly subscription fee depending on consumption

  • after the 20th minute – charging is per second

   The included free minutes for calls to numbers within the For Friends group are valid for each month of the period of the contract.
• Unused minutes can not be transferred to the next month.
• The actual use of minutes is withdrawn from the included free minutes per month to the For Friends group. For example, a call of 20 minutes to a number from the For Friends group spends 20 of the included free minutes.
• A call to a number from the For Friends group which has started off with available free minutes and has exceeded the free minutes limit is charged after depletion of the minutes. 
• Defining the numbers of the For Friends group is done with the standard procedure.
• After filling up the list with 5 numbers of the For Friends group, you can change the numbers of this group anytime. Changing a number in the group is charged 0.60 BGN with VAT.
• Services that are not mentioned in the table above are charged according to the he active price list of the operator, at the time of the proposition. The calls forwarded to numbers from the For Friends group are charged at standard rate for calls to the operator network.
• For the period since activation of the SIM card until issuing of first monthly bill you will receive a proportionate number of minutes for proportionate part of your monthly subscription.
• In case of promotions, under which additional promotional minutes are given, the basic free minutes under the relevant program are used with priority and then the additional promotional minutes.

Available with 2 years contract.
* The price per minute calls within the close user group after the 500 minutes have been used up is 0.11 BGN.

ADVANTAGES

You receive only one monthly bill thus ensuring the convenience of having a more precise idea about the consumption of each member of your family. At the same time you care about paying only once per month.

You close only one contract – applicable to all SIM cards / lines within the GLOBUL Family program. The contract term will be valid for all the SIM cards / lines and all of them will be using the privileges of the GLOBUL Family program (shared inclusive minutes – national and within the close user group, lower rates for calls after using up the inclusive minutes) during the entire contract term.

GLOBUL 30+ program is available for new subscribers. 1 year contract is to be signed. The price of 12 BGN for the SIM card is paid upon subscription; the first monthly fee is paid with the first issued invoice.

The transfer to GLOBUL 30+ extends the duration of your contract with a new 1 or 2 years period (depending on the current contract duration) starting from the date on which GLOBUL 30+ has come in force. Transfer from a Family program to GLOBUL 30+ is allowed only in case that at least 2 SIM cards will be using the GLOBUL Family program after the transfer.

* The promotional terms are valid for all new subscribers signing a new one- or two-year contract for a new SIM card, for existing customers under the conditions for migration from subscription plan GLOBUL Smart, as well as for current subscribers renewing their contract with ZAEDNO Program. The promotional minutes are given for the whole contract duration.

* The standard number of minutes included in the GLOBUL Max tariff with monthly fee 9.90 BGN is 100 minutes within the operator mobile network. 

When switching to GLOBUL Max program with monthly fee 9.90 BGN before contract expiration the customer receives 100 minutes and 10 SMS within the operator network.

The promotional GLOBUL Max is available until 31.07.2012.

• When changing the subscription program before the expiry of the contract period, included standard program conditions applied for the selected subscription program (minutes, SMS, MMS, MB).

Charging is performed in intervals of 60 seconds, as each commenced 60 seconds interval is accounted and charged as an entire minute.

By signing of 1-year contract for mobile services for a new SIM card, under the conditions for a subscription program change, as well as at prolongation of the current contract for mobile services by signing an Additional Agreement under the ZAEDNO Program are received only the included minutes and SMS to the mobile network of GLOBUL.

In case the subscriber has signed one-year contract and has added a number in the group "For friends", the calls to this number are applied and charged as standard calls to number from the network of the corresponding operator. The usage to the applied number is not charged from operator as usage in the group "For friends" and by consumption to the entered number, packages for calls (incl. the included in the subsciption program) to the number of the network of the operator, as well as to national mobile and fixed networks can not be used.

After depletion of the MB at maximum speed, the connection speed is decreased to 128 kbps. No other speed restrictions are applied.

The minutes, SMS and minutes to Group "For Friends" are offered for the whole term of contract. Postpaid programs Generation GLOBUL are designed for residential customers who are at the age from 14 to 24 years. The initial credit limit is 30 BGN.

When signing a new contract for mobile services for a new SIM card or when renewing a current contract for mobile services by signing an Additional agreement under the ZAEDNO program, the period for the usage of the program may also be 6 months, but in this case it is not possible to purchase a mobile phone at preferential price with the program.

The additional services Call Unlimited 3 and Call Unlimited 5 are free of charge only if they are used respectively with a GLOBUL 60+ program with a monthly subscription fee of 6.90 BGN, and with the GLOBUL 60+ program with a monthly subscription fee of 9.90 BGN. In order to be used, it is necessary to activate the additional services under the respective applicable conditions. If the subscriber switches from the GLOBUL 60+ programs to another subscription program, different from GLOBUL 60+, the additional services Call Unlimited 3 and Call Unlimited 5 will be kept with the new program, unless the subscriber deactivates the GLOBUL Call Unlimited package by signing an application in the nearest GLOBUL store. In this case, when the additional services Call Unlimited 3 and Call Unlimited 5 are kept, the subscriber is charged with an additional monthly fee for their usage.

Preferred numbers may only be numbers from the operator mobile network, as numbers of value added services and short numbers cannot be included by the subscriber. With GLOBUL 60+ postpaid programs, the subscriber can add at least 1 preferred number for unlimited usage. Entering the numbers in the Call Unlimited group is free of charge until completion of the free positions. Modification of number is charged 2.90 BGN for each number and cannot be performed more than once within a single accounting period.

GLOBUL 60+ postpaid programs are designed for residential customers who are at the age of 60 or 60+ years. Each residential subscriber can sign a contract for only one SIM card for the GLOBUL 60+ postpaid programs.

The initial credit limit is 30 BGN. For the subscribers of GLOBUL 60+ programs, the following services are free of charge:

• Connection to the Customer Service Center at 123;
• Receiving a detailed paper copy of the bill;
• Receiving incoming traffic in case of overdue obligation

Minimum initial charging duration is 60 seconds, after which charging is per second.

The parameters of the GLOBUL Max postpaid program with a monthly fee of 5.90 BGN are valid for all new subscribers, as well as for existing subscribers under the conditions for a subscription program switch from GLOBUL Smart program with a monthly subscription fee of 5 BGN.

Charging of the GLOBUL Max programs with monthly subscription fees of 9.90 BGN and 12.90 BGN is performed in intervals of 60 seconds, as each commenced 60 seconds interval is accounted and charged as an entire minute. For GLOBUL Max 5.90 program, the minimum initial charging time is 60 seconds, after which charging is applied per second.

The current customers, who are renewing their current contracts under the ZAEDNO Program, may benefit from the special promotional offer for loyal customers.

All other services which are not listed in the table are charged according to the active price list of the operator, at the time of the proposition.

The remaining unused minutes for the respective accounting period, MB at maximum speed, SMS and MMS will not be transferred to the next month.

• For the contract’s duration the customer can change his program only between these programs GLOBUL i250, GLOBUL i500, GLOBUL i750, GLOBUL i1000 and GLOBUL i2000. Change to program with a lower monthly fee is not possible for the duration of the contract unless in cases otherwise is agreed in the contract for mobile services or attached appendix.
• The included minutes for calls, SMS and MMS messages in operator's network and MB's for Internet are available for the whole contract/additional agreement duration.
• For the activation date of the SIM card till the date of the first invoice, the customer gets proportional part of his packages, equal to proportional part of the monthly fee.
• Unused included minutes, MBs, SMS and MMS messages are not transferred to the next month.

Numbers in the For friends group

• Defining the numbers of the For Friends group is done with the standard procedure by following the directions in option 4 of the Automated Information Service on 123. The operator numbers should be entered in format 08xxxxxxxx (or 08хххххххх in case the phone number is ported in to the operator network), while the international in format 00 and the country code.
• After filling up the list with maximum possible numbers of the For Friends group, you can change the numbers of this group anytime. Changing a number in the group is charged 0.60 BGN with VAT.

The numbers in the For Friends group using GLOBUL Smart Group and GLOBUL Smart 15.00 subscription programs can be maximum 12, from which up to 3 can be numbers from international Zone 1, and the rest can be operator numbers. In redirecting calls to the number of the group the call is charged as voice calls to GLOBUL Zone 1 or for international calls. Depending on how you prefer, the following combinations are possible:

• 3 international numbers + 9 operator numbers
• 2 international numbers + 10 operator numbers
• 1 international number + 11 operator numbers
• 0 international numbers + 12 operator numbers

Subscription program change

• Migration to another subscription program to a program with a lower monthly fee is not possible for the duration of the contract unless in cases of renewal of the current contract with ZAEDNO program or as otherwise agreed in the contract for mobile services or attached appendix.
• Migration to another subscription program / package GLOBUL Universe with no term contract to a program / package by signing a term contract or to another subscription program / package with no term contract is possible at any time by requesting it in the retail chain store of the operator.
• When changing the subscription program before the expiry of the contract period, included standard program conditions applied for the selected subscription program (discounts, minutes, SMS, MMS, MB).

Spending and validity of minutes

• Unused minutes can not be transferred to the next month.
• The weekend minutes can be used for calls to all within operator network form 0.00 on Saturday to 24:00 on Sunday.
• In case of promotions, under which promotional additional minutes, SMS or MMS are given, the standard included minutes, SMS or MMS under the relevant program are used with priority, and then the promotional additional minutes, SMS or MMS are used. Exception represent only the promotional weekend minutes which are depleted with the highest priority. The additional promotional minutes, SMS, MMS and MB are valid if the customer’s number is active on the date of receiving and the customers did not change the used rate plan.
• The additional promotional minutes, SMS, MMS and MB are valid if the customer’s number is active on the date of receiving and the customers did not change the used rate plan.
• The promotional MB (if any) will not be active if during their validity period an add-on package GoWeb Unlimited is activated.

Charging and counting

• For the period, starting from the activation of the card to the issuing of the first invoice, you will receive a proportional number of minutes for a proportional part of the monthly subscription.
• The minimum initial charging time is 60 seconds, after which charging is applied per second, except for GLOBUL UNIVERSE 9,90, GLOBUL UNIVERSE 12,90, GLOBUL UNIVERSE 19,90, GLOBUL UNIVERSE 24,90 and GLOBUL UNIVERSE 39,90 programs with standard included number of minutes respectively 100, 150, 300, 400 and 800 minutes for calls to all national mobile and fixed networks, to numbers from Zone 1 and Zone 2 for international calls and roaming within the European Union, for the GLOBUL Max 9.90 program with standard number of included 300 minutes within operator mobile network and 300 minutes to operator fixed network, for the GLOBUL Max 12.90 program with standard number of included 500 minutes within GLOBUL mobile network and 500 minutes to GLOBUL fixed network, for postpaid programs GLOBUL Unlimited with monthly fees of 19.90 BGN, 24.90 BGN, 29.90 BGN, 34.90 BGN and 39.90 BGN and standard included 2000 minutes and 2000 SMS within operator mobile network and respectively 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250 standard included minutes to other national networks, as well as for GLOBUL Smart 5.00, GLOBUL Smart 6.90, GLOBUL Smart 9.90 and GLOBUL Smart 15.00 programs.
• When a call forward is activated, the call is charged as a standard call to a number of relevant network operator.

Credit limit

Originally the credit limit is set to 50 BGN.

* The amount of the minutes, which could be used for calls in roaming in European Union and for international calls towards numbers in international Zone 2, is 15, 20, 30, 50 and 160 of all minutes included in the package respectively for GLOBUL Web&Talk programs with standard monthly subscription fee of 14.90 BGN, 19.90 BGN, 24.90 BGN, 34.90 BGN and 99.90 BGN. The provided number of minutes, which can be used for calls in roaming within the European Union, for each one of GLOBUL Web&Talk programs, is valid for: 
- incoming voice calls - from mobile and fixed numbers of all networks; 
- outgoing voice calls - to mobile and fixed numbers of operators in the European Union member states. 
In order to be able to enjoy the calls in roaming to the EU, the customer should activate the roaming service according to the applicable procedures of the operator.

After depletion of the MB at maximum speed, the connection speed is decreased to 64 kbps. No other speed restrictions are applied.

Minimum initial charging duration is 60 seconds, after which charging is per second.

The initial credit limit is set to 50 BGN, except for subscription program GLOBUL Web&Talk 99.90, for which the initial credit limit is set to 100 BGN.

* The amount of minutes, which can be used in roaming within the European Union and for international calls to numbers from the international Zone 2, is up to 10, 15, 30, 40 and 80 from all the minutes, included in the package, respectively for GLOBUL Universe programs with standard monthly subscription fees of 9.90 BGN, 12.90 BGN, 19.90 BGN, 24.90 BGN and 39.90 BGN. The provided number of minutes, which can be used for calls in roaming within the European Union, for each one of GLOBUL Universe programs, is valid for: 
- incoming voice calls - from mobile and fixed numbers of all networks; 
- outgoing voice calls - to mobile and fixed numbers of operators in the European Union member states. 
In order to be able to enjoy the calls in roaming to the EU, the customer should activate the roaming service according to the applicable procedures of the operator.

The number of minutes to all national networks, which could be obtained by signing a no-term contract is 120, 250, 350 and 700 minutes, respectively for GLOBUL Universe programs with standard monthly subscription fees of 12.90 BGN, 19.90 BGN, 24.90 BGN and 39.90 BGN (the minutes cannot be used for international calls to numbers in Zone 1 and Zone 2 as well as for roaming within the European Union). The offer for signing a no-term contract, based on programs GLOBUL Universe, is valid until 30.09.2014.

Migration to another subscription program / package GLOBUL Universe with no term contract to a program / package by signing a term contract or to another subscription program / package with no term contract is possible at any time by requesting it in a retail chain store of the operator.

Charging of voice calls is performed in intervals of 60 seconds, as each commenced 60 seconds interval is accounted and charged as an entire minute.

All services not listed in the table are charged according to the active price list of the operator, at the time of the proposition.

• Minimum initial charging duration is 60 seconds, after that charging is per second. The minimum GPRS traffic charging is 1 KB.
• The bundle with included MB is available via APN or APN of the operator. In case you choose the operator APN after all the included MB are used the traffic will be charged at 2.00 BGN/MB.
• For new subscribers the selected of BlackBerry Plus package shall enter into force up to 24 hours after activation of the SIM card. Until entry into force of the selected package, the generated traffic will be charged with 2.40 BGN/MB. In all other cases the new conditions come into effect up to 7 (seven) days after signing of the respective Appendix.
• Calls in closed user group, roaming and international calls, value-added services, calls and SMS outside those included in the package, monthly usage exceeding the reasonable limits, data traffic generated after the consumption of MB included in the package, fax and other services, not included in the packages, are paid separately by the subscriber.
• The monthly fee for each subsequent month, and the used services, not included in the package, for each SIM card separately are subject to payment by the subscriber on a monthly basis, according to an invoice issued by the operator.
• The minutes, MB and SMS, included in the package, which are not used during the current billing period, are not transferred to the next one.
• When you change the package / program or terminate your mobile services contract the unused minutes, megabytes and SMS are lost and non-refunded.
• Change of package is possible only toward a package with higher monthly subscription fee and is allowed once within a billing period. The change shall come into effect until 7 (seven) calendar days.
• If at the time of BlackBerry tariff package subscription the subscriber has another type of data bundle active, the latter is subject to deactivation. Unused MB are not transferred or refunded.
• BlackBerry Plus tariffs are available only for new term contracts.
• The conditions for data transfer are applicable on the territory of Republic of Bulgaria. If you generate traffic in roaming, the prices of your chosen roaming tariff are applied.
• Add-on packages GoWeb Unlimited are not available for subscribers of BlackBerry Plus.
