Върху стикер, залепен на опаковката на SIM картата, е отпечатан вашият личен код. Важно е да запазите този код - той е паролата, която ви удостоверява като ползвател на мобилния номер. Чрез личния код можете да прехвърлите кредита си към друга предплатена карта, да получите подробна разпечатка за разговорите си, да подмените SIM картата си с нова, в случай на загуба или кражба. Личният код ви позволява също да правите справки по номера си, когато се свържете с Отдела за обслужване на клиенти.

При необходимост вашият личен код може да бъде преиздаден.

Ако сте изгубили вашия личен код, e необходимо да се свържете с наш сътрудник от Отдела за обслужване на клиенти.

За целта наберете номер 123 от вашата предплатена карта или 089 123 от друг телефон в България и изберете опция „Връзка с наш сътрудник“.

Цените за клиенти на предплатени услуги на Теленор са:
0,03 лв./обаждане за достъп до Автоматичното информационно обслужване и 0,10 лв./мин за връзка с Отдела за обслужване на клиенти;
за клиенти на Теленор – 0,03 лв./обаждане;
за клиенти на други мобилни оператори – според тарифата на съответния оператор.

За да ви бъде преиздаден личен код, трябва да предоставите трите си имена и ЕГН, както и да знаете кодове PIN2, PUK1 и PUK2. При условие че не разполагате с кодове PIN2, PUK1 и PUK2, можете да подадете заявление за възстановяване на личния код в търговската мрежа на Теленор.

Telenor became two years old. And a lot of things happened in the past two years. When we launched our 4G network in December 2015 we said that "the network flies". And we were not kidding. Not kidding at all.

Five months later, the 4G network of Telenor already covered all residential areas with population of over 5,000 and provided fast data transfer to 75% of the Bulgarian's population.*

In October 2016, population coverage stood at 76% but we promised to bring it to 78% by the end of the year.

Meanwhile, we won ourselves a wee award. The 2016 Fastest Mobile Network in Bulgaria Award by Ookla International LLC on his methodology, based on the speed results from more than 350,000 user tests of mobile networks in Bulgaria with Speedtest ® application with more than 65 000 unique mobile devices across the country in the first half of 2016. To determine the winner of the award, Ookla International LLC has aggregated and averaged the download speed achieved in the mobile network tested by Speedtest®, therefore used mobile network, each speed test, download speed, consumer location are considered. Speedtest® is one of the world's most popular network diagnostics and consumer broadband network speed test applications. It is a nice award… But we will not stop there. We will continue to build and expand our 4G network.

The shots and the photographs of started and working Speedtest® application, used in the advertising campaign "Bulgaria's fastest mobile network for 2016", show the process of measuring the speed of Telenor mobile network in the exact moment of shooting. The shot speed of the mobile network is individual for exact Speedtest® for illustrative purposes. The speed of the used mobile internet for each customer depends on his/ her location, type area, buildings' location and density, model of used device, workload and coverage of the mobile network. These factors, as well as some additional, impact on the quality of the connection.

With Telenor's Data and Fax services you can complete some of your office activities through your mobile phone.

How does it work

Data sending and receiving
Connect your mobile phone to a computer or another storage and data transmission device - you can send and receive data with a speed of 9.6 kbit/s.

Fax sending and receiving
Connect your mobile phone to a computer with the required software - you will have a possibility for fax message transmission. For this service you can also use special devices, a mobile fax device for example.

Who can use the services?
The Data service is available for Telenor clients as well as for those in roaming within Telenor's network no data number activation is required.

The Fax service is available for Basic Program Telenor clients after a single activation of a fax number as well as for those in roaming within Telenor's network.

How much does it cost

For Postpaid plans:

  • Data/fax Transmission Telenor - Telenor: 0.24 BGN/min
  • Data/fax Transmission Telenor - another network in Bulgaria: 0.36 BGN/min
  • Data/fax Transmission Telenor - foreign country: 0.36 BGN/min + international BTC tariff

Prices include VAT.

For Prepaid plans:

  • Data Transmission Telenor- another network in Bulgaria or Telenor -Telenor: equal to the price for national calls.
  • Data Transmission Telenor - International network: equal to the price for the international call in the respective zone.

How do I get the service

You will need a data cable (either IrDA or Bluetooth) with the respective software (drivers) for the connection between the mobile phone and the computer (PDA).
Your phone should support the Data and Fax function.

Important:

GLOBUL Garant Plus is not available for new activations and current Telenor subscribers.

What is GLOBUL Garant Plus?

Developed especially for the GLOBUL customers, this service grants you the security to use your phone when you most need it – in case of an accident, sickness, job search, etc. If it happens so that someone steals the SIM card of your phone, there will be someone to cover the phone calls made by someone else, as well as large part of the phone value.

The GLOBUL GARANT PLUS service was available for all new and current subscribers of GLOBUL who are physical persons within the age group 18-65 at the time of activation of the service. One subscriber can activate the service for a maximum of 3 telephone numbers.

You are granted security, bill protection and mobile handset theft coverage for only 2.99 BGN per month. .

The fee for each number with the service activated will be added to your monthly bill.

What does the GLOBUL GARANT PLUS give you

Security in difficult times
Protection of the entire bill (no matter what it includes – phone calls, text messages, MMS, value added services, roaming, leasing, VAT, etc.).
With the activation of one number* you are protecting the entire invoice**
The service is easy to activate

For the cases of decreased income and unchanged unavoidable expenses, we offer you a solution for meeting the financial difficulties during unfavorable life situations.

Covered risks

Mobile handset theft***
Permanent partial or total disability over 70% resulting from an accident
Temporary disability caused by an accident or sickness, lasting more than 60 calendar days
Hospitalization as a result of an accident
Involuntary unemployment due to redundancy, lasting more than 60 calendar days
Fraudulent use of a SIM card that has been stolen

The coverage is valid for a period of 1 year and is automatically renewed, provided that the subscriber continues to pay the monthly fee of 2.99 BGN.

*** With the coverage “Mobile handset theft” the customer can get a compensation and may use it for a new phone purchase. The compensation amount is up to 75% of the stolen handset’s amount, minimum 50 BGN an maximum 1000 BGN. The coverage “Handset theft” will be activated with each handset purchase for 12-months period and remains in effect until the client keeps paying for the service.

In each of the above mentioned covered risks, your monthly GLOBUL bill will be covered (based on 3 average monthly bills prior to the occurrence of the event). Depending on the circumstances, between 2 and 12 average monthly bills will be covered, and the total sum of bills covered cannot exceed 1200 BGN.

Deactivation of the service

Coverage exclusion

The risk "Temporary disability due to sickness" is not covered if it has occurred during the first 30 days after activating the service.

The risks "Permanent partial or total disability over 70% resulting from an accident", "Temporary disability due to an accident or sickness" and "Hospitalization as a result of an accident" are not covered, in case they are resulting from a pre-existing sickness, committing a crime, improper behavior during driving, etc.

The risk "Involuntary unemployment due to redundancy" is only covered for employed under labor contract persons 90 days after the activation of the service.

The risks "Fraudulent use of the SIM card due to theft" and “Mobile handset theft” are excluded if the police is not notified of the theft within 24 hours of its occurrence.

The service can be deactivated after submitting a deactivation application at a store from the GLOBUL network and the network of its commercial representatives.
