How does it work?

With Telenor Office Call Manager you receive up to 10 fixed numbers, added to your mobile numbers from Telenor. One of them is set as primary and it can be used as a main contact number for your company. The primary number is fixed in a stationary phone device, provided by Telenor, and is placed in your office.

All fixed numbers, incl. the primary one, are connected to your Telenor mobile numbers, but the fixed ones are active only in your office. In addition, each fixed number is defined with a short 3-digit number. The calls within this short numbers group are free-of-charge. Thus, you can organize your outgoing calls in the best way.

When you are out of the office and receive a call on the fixed number, the person who is calling hears the standard signal while waiting for an answer, and you receive an SMS on your mobile number, notifying you of the missed call, the calling number and time of call.

To make an outgoing call from your fixed line you need to dial 9 before the number you want to reach, incl. the respective country, area or mobile network codes.

To call a number from the fixed numbers group for free, you need to dial 9 followed by the respective short code.

All incoming calls to your primary number can be transferred to any of the other fixed numbers within the group. Simply dial 9, followed by the short code you want to transfer the call, press 4 and the green receiver button:

- Minimum initial charging interval for all calls to national mobile and international numbers / fixed and mobile/ is 60 seconds. After the first 60 seconds the charging is per second.

- Local numbers are fixed numbers with the same geographical code and the calls between them are local.
- Long distance numbers are fixed numbers with different geographical codes and the calls between them are long distance.

- The fixed number can be used only within the respective fixed zone, which is initially specified in the contact for fixed services.

How does it work?

Your mobile handset gets one more application – you already have two lines, mobile and office line. Office line is fixed number from Telenor that gives you the ability to make outgoing and receive incoming calls while you are in the office zone. Your office zone is on the territory of your office, that you have specified in the contract for fixed services.

Use your fixed line up to 2 days after subscription.

It is enough to give us your office address and all mobile numbers, which have to be upgraded with office lines. When your office zone is activated Telenor will send individual SMS with confirmation and particular number of the office line.

Outgoing calls

It is necessary to dial 9 before the number to which you would like to call, together with the phone code of the city/area.
The subscriber you’re calling will see the number of your individual office line together with the city phone code.
Example: If you want to call number 111 111 in Sofia it’s necessary to dial 9 02 111 111.

Incoming calls

When someone is calling you to your individual office line it is necessary to dial your number together with city phone code and you will receive the call if you are at the territory of your OfficeZone.

Missed calls

If you are outside your office zone you will receive SMS notification with number of calling party.
