How to subscribe:

You can come into any Telenor store and activate the Internet 5000 tariff plan on a 24-month contract together with a mobile route Telenor 4G MiFi.

The offer is valid until 30/06/2016 or while stock lasts for new and current private clients upon signing a new contract for mobile services for a new SIM card or upon extending the existing contract by signing an additional agreement to the contract in accordance with the applicable terms, for a term of 24 months in any of the aforementioned cases, by signing up for the Internet 5000 tariff plan with a monthly fee of 17.99 lv. and concluding a 24-month leasing contract for the Telenor 4G MiFi device with a monthly installment of 1.00 lv. The final price of 18.99 lv./month represents the sum of the monthly fee of the Internet 5000 tariff and the monthly installment for the leasing of the device for 24 months at 1.00 lv./month.

The device can be purchased for with an upfront payment upon signing a new contract for a term of 24 months for the aforementioned tariff plan by 30/06/2016 or while stock lasts.

Good to keep in mind:

•Once the MB dedicated to VBox7 are exhausted, usage of data traffic towards VBox7 will be deducted from the 5000MB included in the monthly fee, so long as these are available.
•Once the 5000MB included in the tariff plan are exhausted, the speed will drop to 128 kbps until the end of the billing period.
•The MB at full speed per month that have not been used up in a given billing period are not transferred to the next one.
•The MB at full speed are applicable to the territory of the Republic of Bulgariaand can only be used through Access Point Name (APN) telenorbg.
•The use of Telenor’s 4G network is only possible with a compatible SIM card and a compatible device within an area of 4G coverage for the duration of the contract. In the rest of the cases, the use of mobile Internet is on Telenor 2G/3G networks, at the maximum attainable speed according to the 2G/3G standards of the network.
•The dedicated traffic to Vbox7 is valid for the official Vbox7 mobile application and website via a mobile browser supported by the website’s publisher, which does not use data compression technology.

Main:

•The tariff plan Internet 5000 is offered upon signing a fixed-term contract for mobile service for 24 months and only in a bundle with a mobile 4F MiFi router. For more information, please consult the “How to subscribe” section.
•By signing a contract or an additional agreement for the Internet 5000 tariff plan, the service “Cancellation of paper billing” is activated for the numbers on the given tariff plan.
•The first monthly fee is calculated in proportion to the days until the billing date.

Change of tariff plan

•You can change your tariff plan after the first 6 calendar months of your current plan. There is no limit to the number of changes within the term of the contract given that these changes do not happen more often than once in a given billing period.
•During the first 6 months of the initial term for using the services on a current tariff plan, you can change your tariff plan only by purchasing a device and signing a new fixed-term contract. This change can only be to a tariff plan for mobile internet with a monthly fee equal to or higher than the current one. After the expiry of the term of the contract, the change can be to any tariff plan for mobile internet, irrespective of the monthly fee.

Charging and reporting of mobile internet in Bulgaria

•The MB included per month are available in full since the first month, irrespective of the number of days until the first billing date.
•The MB, which have not been used in a given billing period, are not transferred to the next one.
•The additional services and features “Add” are used after the full consumption of the MB included in the tariff plan.
•The minimum initial charge is 5KB, while the interval for subsequent charges is 1KB.
•The internet traffic goes exclusively through Access Point Name (APN) telenorbg.
•The MB at full speed included in the tariff plan are only applicable to the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, unless stated otherwise.
•Once the MB dedicated to VBox7 are exhausted, usage of data traffic towards VBox7 will be deducted from the 5000MB included in the monthly fee, so long as these are available. Upon the full consumption of the MB included in the tariff plan in a given month, the speed of the connection drops down to 128 kbps until the end of the billing period.
•As of 12.12.2016, upon the full consumption of the MB included in the tariff plan in a given month, the speed of the connection drops down to 128 kbps, including Vbox7, until the end of the billing period.

Credit Limit

The initial credit limit is 70 lv.

Services that are not mentioned in the table are charges in accordance with the current Telenor price list.

How to subscribe?

You may activate postpaid plan Internet 7000 in whole retail network of Telenor.

Good to know:

•After the depletion of the included MB at maximum speed per month until the end of the respective billing period the speed is decreased till128 kbps for rate plan Internet 7000.
•The amount of the included MB at maximum speed per month which is not depleted during the billing period cannot be transferred to the following one.
•The monthly MB included in the rate plan are applicable on the territory of Republic of Bulgaria.

Terms

Postpaid plan Internet 7000 is available under signing a fixed term contract 2-year contract duration for mobile services.

By signing a contract or additional agreement under postpaid plan Internet, the service Paper Invoice Cancelation shall be activated for the numbers that are using the respective postpaid plan.

Changes in the postpaid plan

•You can change a postpaid plan after the first 6 months from its activation and there is no limit for the number of changes made during the contract term. However, these changes may be performed only once per billing period.
•During the first 6 months of the initial postpaid plan of the respective service you can change the current plan only in case you purchase a device with discount under the applicable conditions and sign a new fixed term contract. You can change the postpaid plan only with a plan with the same or a higher monthly fee. After the contract term expires, the change may be performed to a postpaid plan for mobile internet, regardless of its monthly fee.

Depletion and validity

•The first monthly fee is defined proportionally to the days remaining until the invoice date.
•The entire amount of MB at maximum speed per month is provided as of the first month, regardless of the days remaining until the invoice issue date.
•The amount of the included MB at maximum speed per month which is not depleted during the billing period cannot be transferred to the following one.
•The add-ons „Dobavi” are used after the depletion of the included MB at maximum speed per months in the respective postpaid plan.

Charging and calculating of mobile internet in Bulgaria

•The minimum initial charge is 5 KB and thesubsequent charge for data traffic is 1 KB (kilobyte).
•The internet traffic is realized only through access point name APN – telenorbg.
•The MB at maximum speed per month included in the postpaid plan can be used only in the territory of Republic of Bulgaria.

Activation and period of validity

Your SIM card is automatically activated during your first internet session. From this moment on, the 12-month initial validity period has commenced. The validity period is automatically renewed at credit top-up, depending on the value of the top-up.

NB!If the validity period of the SIM card is not renewed, the card will be automatically deactivated after its expiration and you will no longer be able to use this mobile number. In this case, the available credit balance, as well as all unused MB, are all lost.

Initially included МВ and activation of additional data bundles

The initially included 500 MB are provided in the form of 5 data bundles, each with included 100 МВ with 24-hours validity, as per the date of the bundle activation.

After performing your first internet session with the provided SIM card, as well as after each depletion and/or expiration of the validity of the data bundle used by you, you will be automatically redirected to the page for data bundles activation http://goweb.lp.telenor.bg via your mobile. On this page, by selecting the option “Buy” (located under the description of each of the bundles, available on the page), you may use one of the initially included 5 data packages of 100 MB each, in case there are such available, or purchase additional data packs after the use of the initial ones.
When selecting the option “Buy”, the bundle, which you have chosen, is activated and its validity period commences.

Within a single period of 24 hours, more than one data package may be used, disregarding whether it is one of the initially included or an additional one. The unused MB in a package, initial or additional, are lost after expiration of its validity.

Balance check

At any time and free of charge, using the provided SIM card, you may check the balance of the remaining MB from the present bundle, as well as their validity period, by sending a free SMS with text “GC” to number 125 from your mobile phone or tablet, or by visiting the bundle top-up page http://goweb.lp.telenor.bg. On this top-up page, you may also find information on the number of the available initially included data packages.

For your comfort, the operator will be sending SMS messages to the card that is provided with the prepaid data pack, when you’ve used up 70% of the present data package, as well as when it is depleted or its validity period has expired.

Credit top-up

You may easily top-up your balance (sum in BGN) and it may be used for purchase of additional data packages, sending of short text or multimedia messages. In case that your prepaid SIM card is registered by following the corresponding applicable regulations (published on the www.telenor.bg website), it may also be used for voice and other mobile services, available for the users of the operator prepaid services.

Tariffing principle

Data tariffing is precise to the 1 КВ. The access to the top-up page http://goweb.lp.telenor.bg is free of charge, when using the present prepaid SIM card. There are no MB used up for its loading and you do not need an active data package to access it.

Prices of other mobile services

If you register your prepaid SIM card, you will be able to use it for voice and other mobile services.

  • Price of calls to all national networks: 0,50 BGN/min.
  • Price of SMS to all national networks: 0,15 BGN/SMS.

The minimum initial charging time for a call is 60 seconds, after which charging is applied per second.

Activation and validity period

Your SIM card is automatically activated during your first internet session. From this moment on, you get a 12-month initial validity period. The validity period is automatically renewed at credit top-up, depending on the value of the top-up.

Important: If the validity period of the SIM card is not renewed, the card will be automatically deactivated after its expiration and you will no longer be able to use this mobile number. In this case, the available credit balance, as well as all unused MB, are all lost.

The validity of the credit upon each top up is different depending on the top-up value. If no top up is made during the credit’s validity period, the credit is lost.

With your prepaid card from the package GLOBUL GoWeb 2000 you may buy data packages at http://goweb.lp.telenor.bg. The access to this page is free of charge and for the top up of your prepaid SIM card for purchasing of additional package no MB are deducted and no activated data package is needed.

After depletion of the initially included MB, respectively the MB included in the additional package, until their validity expire and in case a new additional package is not purchased, the connection speed is decreased to 64 kbps.

With the start package GLOBUL GoWeb 2000 you get included data traffic, which is valid for the first 7 days, counted from the first internet session. The price of this traffic is included in the price of the package and there are no extra fees for it.

After depletion or validity expiration of the initially included 2000 MB at maximum speed, as well as the included MB in the additional data package, you will be automatically redirected to the page for data packages activation at http://goweb.lp.telenor.bg.

On this page you may buy an additional package with MB in order to continue surfing at maximum speed, or in case the validity period of the initially included MB in the additional package is not expired – you may surf at a lower speed until the validity of the MB expire.

  • The GoWeb GENERATION Lite subscription program is suitable for a portable computer and can be used with DATA SIM cards only when signing a 1-year or a 2-year contract for the program, or an additional agreement for ZAEDNO program.
  • The promotional conditions for the GoWeb GENERATION Lite program are available to all current and new subscribers, residential customers between 14 and 24 years of age by signing a contract for GoWeb GENERATION Lite tariff in the promotional period.

  • By signing the contract or the additional agreement to the GoWeb GENERATION Lite, the subscriber agrees to and accepts the Cancellation of the paper copy of the invoice service for the number, for which GoWeb GENERATION Lite service is activated, as well as for all the other numbers on the same invoice, regardless of the services used with these numbers.
  • By using the GoWeb GENERATION program, the subscriber cannot use any loyal-customer discounts.

Spending and validity

  • The first monthly fee is determined proportionally based on the number of days remaining to the first billing date.
  • The full amount of MB at maximum speed is provided during the firs month, regardless of the days remaining to the first billing date.
  • The program only works with Access Point Name APN telenorbg
  • The MB at maximum speed not used cannot be transferred for the next month.
  • The traffic generated in roaming is charged by the active tariff of the subscriber

Charging and accounting

  • The minimum initial charge, as well as the interval of subsequent charging, is 1 KB.
  • The traffic generated in roaming is charged according to the active roaming tariff of the subscriber.

Credit limit

The initial credit limit is set to 70 BGN.

Conditions of the promotion

The promotion is valid for new and existing customers upon signing a new contract for mobile services for a new SIM card or prolongation of the current contract with an additional agreement under ZAEDNO Program, in all cases for a new fixed term of 2 years with postpaid program GLOBUL GoWeb Unlimited with a monthly subscription fee of 9.90 or more.

The promotional additional MB are provided each month for the first 2 years from the effective date of the price conditions of the contract or the additional agreement. When this period expires, or in case of a program change, the standard included MB of the respective program are applied, which are valid as of the expiration of the given term, respectively as of the program change.

The promotion is valid until 31.10.2014

 

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS FOR POSTPAID PROGRAMS GLOBUL GOWEB

Postpaid programs GLOBUL GoWeb Start, GLOBUL GoWeb Unlimited 1000, GLOBUL GoWeb Unlimited 2500, GLOBUL GoWeb Unlimited 5000, GLOBUL GoWeb Unlimited 10000 are offered only with SIM cards for data transfer under signing a term contract for mobile services.

Postpaid program GLOBUL GoWeb Basic is offered with a SIM card for data transfer under signing a termless contract for mobile services.

By signing a contract or additional agreement under GLOBUL Go Web programs, the service Cancellation of paper invoice is activated for the numbers for which the program is used.

Change of subscription program

Change of a selected GLOBUL Go Web program is possible under the following conditions:

  • To a GLOBUL Go Web subscription program with a higher monthly fee - anytime
  • To a GLOBUL Go Web subscription program with a lower monthly fee:
    - Change is not possible during the term of the contract for residential customers 
    - Change is not possible for term of 6 months for business customers

    Case of exception could be renewal of the current contract with ZAEDNO Program or as otherwise agreed in the contract for mobile services or attached appendix.

Spending and validity

  • The first monthly fee is proportionally defined based on the number of days remaining before the invoice issuance date.
  • The entire amount of МВ at maximum speed is available immediately and does not depend on the number of days remaining before the invoice issuance.
  • The programs described work only with APN (Access Point Name) telenorbg
  • The amount of maximum speed MB unused cannot be transferred for the following month.

Charging and counting

Charging is conducted with accuracy of up to 1 КВ, the initial charging unit being 1 KB.

Described prices and conditions for data transfer are applicable on the territory of Republic of Bulgaria. If a traffic in roaming is generated, charging and counting is applied according to the active price list of the operator, at the time of the proposition.
