Terms

With prepaid plan visitor you can benefit from special prices for international calls, SMS and mobile internet. They are valid for 7 days and can be used upon activation of the prepaid plan and upon top up with 6 BGN or more.

The special prices are valid for 7 days as of the date you activate your prepaid cards and for 7 days after each top up with 6 BGN or more, and can be used after receiving a confirmation SMS.

After the 7 day period expires, the standard prices and conditions of the prepaid plan visitor are applied for international calls, mobile internet and SMS.

Calls to other international destination as well as all other services are charged according the current pricelist of Telenor for prepaid services.
Charging of national voice calls is performed in intervals of 60 seconds, as each commenced 60 seconds interval is accounted and charged as an entire minute.
The price for mobile internet applies for Bulgaria.
The charging of mobile internet is rounded up to 100 КВ, with initial charging 100 KB (1 GB = 1024 MB; 1 MB = 1024 KB).

All prices are VAT inclusive.

SIM card / credit validity

The initial validity period of the prepaid card Visitor and the initial credit of 3.00 BGN upon activation is 60 days, as of the activation date. Validity periods both for the SIM card and the credit are prolonged upon top up, which amount defines the new prolonged validity.

Top ups of the amount of 6.00 BGN to 9.99 BGN or 10.00 BGN and more* prolong the validity period of the credit(card) with 60 or 90 days (depending on the amount of the top up), in case the current validity period of the credit (card) is shorter than the validity period of the new top up.

In all cases when the current validity period of the top up card (and/or the credit) is longer than the validity period of the new top up credit (card), the current validity period of the card (or the credit) will not be changed.

If no new top-up is made during the validity period, the amount will be lost.

* Top-ups with total amount of 10 BGN or more, which are made within 30 days, will be also considered as top-up of 10.00 BGN or more.

If the validity period of the SIM card is not prolonged, the SIM card will be automatically deactivated after its expiration and the mobile number will be lost. In that case both the available credit and the unused consumption will be lost.
